What struck me was the passing was all very hit and hope, no real intention to work the ball in a sequence. Constantly inviting pressure on because we were surrendering the ball by kicking it out of play or letting their defenders mop it up easily. 0-0 is still a great result, but I’m really disappointed at our attacking fluency this season since the opening day. Something isn’t working.

Cracking result but I’m concerned how bad we look going forward. We were absolutely horrific on the ball today in attack, passing was shocking, movement was lethargic and no coherency in our press. It looked like we had played a full season already just in terms of conditioning.

I just hope we give a good account of ourselves. Would absolutely kill me after all this effort to go out with a whimper.
