Vardy, Agüero, De Bruyne, Alexander-Arnold. Quite liked Sané too, love players with rapid pace.

What?

That 0-0 before Christmas a couple of years ago was as bad as any game I’ve seen. That was a horrific game. Day after my 18th, first night out in Newcastle. Think bottom club at home, who are yet to keep a clean sheet away from home, would be a good day. But we couldn't muster a shot on target and they missed 2 or 3 chances in stoppage time to win it. Dreadful.

Plenty hyperbole on here that I laugh at but understand at the same time. We're fucking shit regardless and that won't change until Bruce fucks off and Ashley sells/dies.
-
What a fucking awful, horrendous occasion this fixture always is.
-
Yeah, played a big part in our first goal but he just needs coaching, confidence and a team with the right mentality. None of the players have got that and never will when Steve fucking Bruce is their manager.

Despise this fat cunt. Hope he gets COVID.

Utter shite. Useless.

He obviously didn't fancy Man City away.

Allardyce confirmed at WBA.

He's such a fucking arsehole. He'll be treating them like they're a top 6 side when they've won 1 home game all season. Game plan goes out the window if they score early and we're fucked. -
If they get beat on Sunday (they're at home to Villa) I can see him going. Apparently it goes deeper than results though, he's allegedly got issues with the board.

It's location and the fact that we've always played there for 128 years is too much for me to move and knock it down, like. Just work on ways to attempt to expand it and just completely clean up and modernise the place. Take it out of 2004 (which is probably the last time work was done to it) and into the 2020s.

I'd argue we could fill an extra 12k seats if we're under ambitious owners and doing well.
-
Would prefer just a modernisation of SJP tbh. New seats, facilities, modern looking concourses, corporate areas, changing rooms, etc. No idea if it can still be expanded but even still I'd just prefer to do that. Get the flags lot back under new owners too.

Our record at Elland Road and just against Leeds in general is class over the last 40 odd years and they're not in the greatest of form in terms of points but I can still see Bruce setting us up like we're playing a top 6 team. Hope I'm wrong as it's another decent chance of getting a result. -
Watch all of the games, still want us to win. I just generally have a better day if we win, plus I believe that as long as we're in the PL we have a better chance of getting a takeover than if we weren't based on absolutely nothing but blind hope. The fact that takeover stuff is bubbling on in the background helps. Would I go back? Well, I miss it. I miss pre COVID life full stop, every single thing. The pubs, going out, no face masks, restaurants, being with me mates. And I suppose that I miss the match: the pre and post match craic in the pubs, the all round experience of being in SJP, probably going out after, but I was missing it even at the start of last season even though I knew I wouldn't be going back whilst the AIDS team of Bruce and Ashley are together. But with the hope of a takeover in the background, I'd probably entertain the idea of going but I wouldn't fork out the money for it, probably take up a free ticket if one was offered. #mackem Wouldn't like to go if I was one of the 2k or 4k restricted crowds, mind. Only a normal, post COVID full house. Hopefully by that time comes, we have new owners.

Arsenal? Nah, Brighton. Ah, they've not won a game through a last min pen They haven't, my mistake, just misremembered the stoppage time penalty fiasco in their other win at Villa.

Arsenal? Nah, Brighton.
-
2 wins out of 12 for them. 1 of them a last minute pen and the other a Steve Bruce disasterclass.

Other way round for me, think Wilson is a far superior finisher at this level but Gayle is very good in the air and getting the little flicks and stuff on the ball in the build up to attacks.
