If Stoke are considered above average then the standard of average has gotten really low. I think they're above average, along with Everton, Leicester and Southampton. Average is the Watfords, West Broms, West Hams of the world. No idea what we are yet.

Aye. Sky revamped their channels mainly due to their viewing figures for the PL going down, the main factor for it is us getting relegated and watching Championship games instead. And although some people hate the fact that you've already mentioned, we are a big club and Rafa Benitez will be a factor as well imo.

Despite my obvious bias I thought the Stoke game was a really good game.

Our next 3 games are all the main games on Sundays on Sky. That's stupid for the neutrals, we kill the life out of games, honestly don't understand them outside the Liverpool game of course which is an obvious choice. I'm not complaining about our style it's absolutely what we have to do to survive in this league and we are doing it pretty effectively of late but unless we have a bad day at the office it'll be 3 goals or less in 3 games for Sky. FWIW I don't think Sky & BT have picked all of our away games apart from West Brom (a), which is midweek, for the quality of football.

Remember my heart almost imploding when us and the mackems were in the last 4 teams to be drawn, but then we got Preston at home and they got Southampton away.
