He’s an incredibly unique player. Can’t think of another player with the same type of skill set really. I probably agree that his defensive frailties prevent him being anywhere near the ‘best PL RB’ conversation, but equally I think he should be included in the ‘best PL passer’ convo, up with the likes of KDB, Fabregas etc for me.

No, we’d continue to be ahead of them on goals scored.
-
Would normally concur with a Sunday 12pm ko, but this time I think the enormity of the game trumps that.
-
Not wholly convinced Spurs make it to the final tbh. Bodo getting that late goal puts things in the balance for me. Their home form in the Europa has been excellent - beat Porto, Olympiacos, Twente, Besiktas, Lazio.

So who had Arsenal losing at home to Bournemouth in their predictor?

Substantially better wages, playing in a much bigger stadium, and playing for a club that should (at least in theory) have a much higher ceiling.

“We’d like to thank the 46 thousand of you that stayed behind to applaud the lads”

Some achievement to go through a 46 game league season and not concede more than one goal in a game (I think he did miss one game).
-
Draw would be enough for that.

Unless Chiesa starts and bags a hat-trick…
-
Only people it would apply to are Chiesa (who needs one more), Jayden Danns, who I think is knackered anyway and Vitezslav Jaros (who needs four more).

Can frame it however you want. Your scenario is perfectly reasonable, but I’m happy to take Everton on the last day given their Goodison ‘farewell’ the week before.

Other way round for me. Tremendous bantz if Mbappe were to get turned over at SJP again.

When he’s getting asked about transfers he’s pretty much always going to be somewhat guarded (like most managers tbf). Watching today’s presser, if anything I felt he was upbeat, if still reserved, in relation to what we might do in the market.
-
I do think Rashford can still be an excellent player in the right setup, as shown at Villa. But that setup is absolutely not Eddie Howe’s Newcastle.
-
Tbf they’ve both been shite all season, so regardless of the proximity to the final, it’d arguably be blind hope that they got something, particularly Spurs away from home.
-
Aye, so looking at the projected pots at the minute, we’d likely have at least two games against European ‘giants’. One at home and one away.
-
Can’t be bottling your home games against bottom half teams.
-
It does, but Brentford have another one-year option, so it’s effectively two years.
