The first part of that sentence is subjective, and whilst I may disagree, I’ll respect a different opinion. Second part of the sentence is absolute bollocks.

But you’re saying if we’d just sacked Gillespie off that would have sorted our keeper problems. Any reasonable/good PL-level back up keeper will be on a minimum of 30k a week, and if you were able to get them for free/minimal amount, it would even more. Dubravka might have gone significantly downhill (we’re about to find out again it seems…) but the notion that virtually anyone is better is far-fetched to say the least.

An upgrade on Dubravka for £15k a week? Best of luck with that.

The fact that Dubravka’s been the keeper on the bench all season tells you it’s 100% going to be him.

Our issue seems to be going behind and having to chase, especially in the second half of games. We’ve created enough chances earlier on in games (Palace aside).
