  1. We’re the 15th best away team in the league. Brentford are the 16th best home team. Both teams are entitled to see the game as ‘winnable’.
  2. No worries mate. Sorry I didn’t know where the nearest strippers was.
  3. Old Trafford bingo: Situated next to home fans to see a group of (presumably) Asian tourist fans turn up 15 mins late to take their seats ✅ Got beat ✅ Asked for directions by Irish bloke on leaving ground ✅ Road closures on A1 ✅ Full house.

Big money move for Wee Philly?

    Match Atmosphere

That’s a fair point. Probably (very) limited in what they can do in terms of concourse size, but nothing to stop them improving the quality of what’s on offer.
  6. Nah would have to be a win and a Chelsea loss

    Match Atmosphere

Whilst there’s clearly issues with queuing since the switch to digital, if we think back to the PSG game (obviously the best atmosphere of the season by miles) the vast majority turned up early and everyone got in in plenty of time. I get ‘you shouldn’t have to turn up 45-60 mins before kick off’, but is it’s only an extra pint elsewhere. *I’m obviously aware everyone has different circumstances and some literally can’t get there early for whatever reason, but the majority can.
  8. Unless you’re a ticket reselling site….
  9. She’s already been told she’s one of the ones getting released if you look back a page or so. Whether that made her do what she’s done ??‍♂️

    Tosin Adarabioyo

Nowt really. Just Adarabioyo congratulating Trevan Sanusi, one of our youngsters who’s just signed a professional contract with us. They are represented by the same agency, so that’s probably how they know each other. Obviously doesn’t actually mean anything, but at the same time it doesn’t hurt…
  11. You can never be sure with ACL’s. Mings did his against us in the first game of the season and hasn’t played since. Think it took Kraft 13 months to get back. There’ll be examples of people coming back quicker though. If you wanted to be positive, you could take the fact that they both attempted to play on after doing it as a sign that it perhaps wasn’t as bad as it could be. That’s taking a very optimistic viewpoint like.
  12. Bit of a shame this Sheff Utd team are probably in the worst 5 teams in the history of the PL.

    Aye, WNRS Agency

We’d all like to think along these lines. But it’s a brave man that is certain we’ll have success (however you define that) before Man Utd do again.

Don’t dispute a word of that, but ultimately that’s why they’ll always be in with a shout of attracting almost any player.

We’re only 2 points ahead of them like. I know they appear to be a shambles at the minute, but we had all this with Spurs last season. ‘Why would anyone (Madison) go there instead of us?’ But as we’ve seen it just takes a good managerial appointment, or a couple of decent signings and things turn around very quickly. Not to mention the fact that they’ll, yet again, probably spend £150m in the transfer window, and at some point they’ll stop making a pigs ear of what they spend.
  17. If you’re travelling out there, I would have thought so: https://nufc.typeform.com/to/cPK4lE6m No idea about the demand on the Japanese side of things.
  18. Not confirmed but expected to be the weekend of 10th/11th August.
  19. Hasn’t been announced yet but they went on sale 26th July last year. That was probably a bit late though as they were making fairly significant changes. I’d guess it’ll be a bit earlier this year.
  20. To make it even remotely worthwhile you’d probably have to get significantly more than we paid for him given he’s only one year into a five year contract, so he hasn’t really ‘amortised’ very much.
  21. Yeah, that would be the fairly obvious and easy (if slightly expensive) workaround.
  22. Probably possible, but feels like they’d have to put a lot of work in to make sure it operated as planned.
  23. All of that is possible (although I’d be incredibly surprised if memberships were capped mind) But essentially all you’re doing is making it easier for some people and more difficult for others. Not that I necessarily think that’s not a good thing, but getting the criteria right around exactly how you do it will be a very delicate balancing act.
