Bored with the whole thing and would rather get someone else who is as good and come back next year for half price.

You have got to feel a bit for the guy, Chelsea must have promised him all sorts to sign for them to then be left out of the European squad, he was either lied too, proper nieve or doesn't give a shit about his career. My concern if we ever do sign this lad at this price or more is going to be the constant talk of the price tag etc, that just adds extra pressure to players, some handle it and some crumble but you can guarantee every time he makes a mistake it would be talked about adding more pressure. At the rate we are going clearing out the squad I can see another 3 or 4 going before the end of next week!. I think Eddie prefers a smaller squad to work with and without the extra European games maybe the thought process is for a small number of quality additions after a clear out, push hard for Europe, and save the pennys and ffp for an extra push next year.
