I made this argument months ago. Under UK company law, a person is a separate legal entitity to the company, even if they are both Director and sole Shareholder. Under Saudi law......things may be different. The waters are starting to get very muddy as to why the takeover stalled I feel. Different reasons are being quoted by different sources (and I don't mean the ITK twitter bollox crowd).

This might be a daft question but..... Does any one know if the O&D test has changed in the time since the takeover began? And if so, which version of the O&D will they use? I wouldnt put it past the sneaky fuckers at the PL to make the O&D test stricter more robust.

There might be the possibility that if the takeover goes through - PIF might invest in other sporting institutions in the UK in other sports. If PIF perceive themselves to be 'unwelcome' in UK sports then obivously they will take their spondooleys elsewhere.

Yeah Pickfords done really well. Hes one of those keepers who has the occasional howler in him but so do Maguire and Stones. My worry is that the stars will align and all 3 will have a mare at the same moment or in the same game. But the 3 of them have done well so i cant really complain. Southgate and his defensive coaches also need a big pat on the back.
