If the reports of Staveley offering a contract then Mitchell reneging are true then it's shit, but it lines up with Mitchell generally being a disaster, he's gone, and Isak has been offered an improved contract. Even then, none of it means he can just walk out on an existing 6 year contract with 3 years left on it.
