I think you're both right here tbh. Not playing very often means rotated rather than being dropped now, but being dropped is still a thing. You look at us now and think eventually the plan is that we don't have a starting XI and outside of a few mainstay players we basically just play who best fits the match, or rest the mainstay players if we can, exactly like Man City have been doing it for years.
