Should have won it by a few tbh. I fucking hate this season. -

The set up is excellent, final ball and finishing just isn't there. -

Barca will know we'll tire like -
Absolutely love his style, always on the half turn and has really good spacial awareness. Think he'll be very good next season providing he stays fit.

Another day, another plain sight corrupt cunt.

Played really well, didn't score, and the ref is absolutely shit, only thing missing was an opposition goal. Front three just aren't at it, which is a shame because the tactics are spot on imo. -

Don't want to see any chortles about accusations of corruption ever again, it's blatant -
About as standard a handball in the CL as you'll get. Matterface going on like it's Campbell's disallowed Argentina goal, the tit.
-
If that's not a handball in the Champions League man...
-
There being no VAR on that call tells you absolutely everything about the way it's used.
-
A player who wasn't remotely involved in play. Absolutely scandalous that. Disgraceful
-
Fuck right off. That's not offside, jfc these utter cunts man. Every fucking time

Playing right wing and crossing it in the general direction of the most aerially dominant player I've ever seen at Newcastle is exactly how I'd describe his positive contribution as a player here. What he did he is completely overstated by some people like.
-
Best value there is imo. You can get some outstanding players from relegated teams.
-
Even in their moments of lucidity everything they do is in the context of how it relates to us. I'm not a fan of when some of our fans obsess over us in relation to the mackems, but those people are very much in the minority in our support imo. It must be an absolute nightmare being amongst all of the 'FTM is our identity' stuff for any Sunderland fan who wants to focus solely on them and not how their achievements stack up relative to ours.

Malick Thiaw in Heaton Park with his family. I couldn't deal with being a Newcastle player in public like that like. Everyone was nice and relatively respectful, but imo if a player's with their family they're off limits and you just leave them alone. A couple of people spoke to him briefly and loads more he'd have felt the stares, side-eyes, murmurs of his name etc. We did nothing and weirdly ended up having a nice few moments where my daughter was on the trampoline and nephew was kicking a ball about with his kid. Thiaw passed it to my nephew who had no idea what had just happened but was absolutely buzzing when I told him he'd "just played football with a Newcastle player" afterwards.

Blaming him for the money spent in the summer is just acontextual bullshit at this point and deliberately so. Madness that there are people who still come out with it and don't think everyone else can see right through it.

Look at where Botman and Thiaw are. It would take more effort than I can be arsed to do, but that looks like a situation that Man City have created to me.
