I could definitely live with a draw like.

Gary Birtles continuing to hate football and by extension himself. Commentator: "Burnley make no apologies for the way they play." Birtles: "Why should they!?!"

This would honestly be awful like. Look at the fucking state of it.

That skyscraper city thread is great. This is exactly what I was thinking of. https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/newcastle-upon-tyne-st-james-park-52-405-60-000-65-000.326386/post-126410598

I wonder if there's an argument to made that because the existing east stand is solid concrete, you could actually build a higher, much more transparent stand and actually increase the light that Leazes Terrace gets.

Exactly the same. I was saying the other day that Reading 07/08 and Stoke 11/12 are the two most recent matches I can remember feeling that way in the Premier League. -
Maybe I haven't been paying enough attention to Shelvey but I don't get the sense that he'll relapse and do something stupid in the way it's regularly suggested on here. To me it feels like Howe's got him consistently not doing the things he was criticised for - laziness, not tracking back, stamina, rash challenges. He's been putting the work in since Brentford in November. That's more than just a phase imo. He got a yellow for a foul against Everton, but I think it was definitely just a yellow only and no more rash than Schar's foul in the same game. Maybe it's naïve, but I don't get the sense of it only being a matter of time like I did with Joey Barton for example.

Don't think there's anyone young enough that they don't know about Pink Lane.

Best thing that can happen for WBA fans now is that he continues to lose and they can sack him before they experience the full extent of how bad he is and the sniveling sacks of shit that he and his son are.

The average age on here is like 40 years old man.

Fellas, is retaining Britain's history woke? Can't wait to see how far calling things woke will go, like.

In his interviews he talks like he's been asked to do a book report to the whole class. Seems like such a canny lad like.

It was arguably the point the wave broke for how good the football was to watch that season. Cabaye's pass, Ben Arfa's trap and pass, then him doing 3 of their players on the edge of our box, us completely dominating. That match and Liverpool at home were a proper joy to watch like, just winning with pure positivity. -

This has all the feeling of being one of those confident home wins you get as part of a good run. Because they're so rare for us, Reading 07/08 and Stoke 11/12 at home come to mind as the last two times I had that feeling. -
Nice to see that there are just as many "why isn't everyone at 0!?!?" posters as there were "why isn't everyone at 10!?!?" posters just over a month ago.

Don't think anyone's disputing that, just looking at his time there overall which is clearly and obviously a net positive

I like watching nice football and think him getting Leeds promoted then staying up with the most exciting football in the league is the achievement. Sue iz.

Last season, yeah. Not even remotely hyperbolic to say that, pretty commonly held view. Don't think it's anything like saying he's the second coming of Keegan.
