Reaching the 2 cup finals in the 90’s, the 2nd coming of the messiah, playing in the champions league, signing Shearer and 3 promotions in my time going. We definitely need some more creativity and was impressed by him yesterday. I still don’t see him wide right in our current set up, but could see him replacing Joelinton as we look to move to next level. If we play with a true DM then Bruno and Maddison would be immense in home games breaking down teams who pack the defence. If we then had a Diaby type player wide right, we’d really have a cutting edge on par with the top teams.

Be interesting if we unleash a front 3 of St Max, Wilson and Isak when all are fit. Isak and St Max both seem to prefer left side of attack, but surely they can interchange and make us a bit more unpredictable going forward.

To be honest I think Anderson would have made the difference, as much as I like Almiron the 2 wide men are bog standard at this level.
