Yep- despite not being in the North East much of the time, I’ve kept my season ticket on because I like going to the games when I’m back. It’s only now that that is a problem. For years I couldn’t give match tickets away.

Unity, brothers. I’ll shut up now.

So, what? Another 24 hour period to do this? With others complaining that they can’t get online at that point and why should they have to etc Aside from people with genuine reasons for being unable to be placed in whatever seat, I do think this is starting to get a bit silly: A) Apply for a seat in a category that costs a price you want/are prepared to pay B) Be allocated a seat. It doesn’t sound that unreasonable to me. People desperate to sit next to others can apply together.

They didn’t! (Once again.)

Even the derby went to something like ten points in 2008. People know exactly what has changed since- and it gets tiring. It’s called a loyalty system
-
Not if you were successful in the ballot
-
Not sure we can really have it both ways, to be honest. That way of doing it would just give people who can afford the highest price way more chance of getting one

What criticism?

I have asked this again and again about the Trust and True Faith? I was wholly disengaged at the time, but am I right in thinking they encouraged others to get rid of their season tickets while keeping hold of their own? And promised consultation with the club and new owners about loyalty points that they were quite obviously in no way placed to guarantee? Almost have to admire the moxie really.
-
Yes, I think the people guaranteed a ticket could choose, but after pot three it went to a lottery and those people couldn’t

Not sure why people keep saying this about Wembley. That’s not what happened is it? If you were successful in the ballot you were just assigned a seat
-
Well, surely if he wants to leave, submitting a transfer request is fair enough? Isn’t that the entire point of a transfer request?
-
What was the crowd? I just looked at the BBC report and they mentioned the boycott, so not an entirely wasted effort. How was the atmosphere around town?

That spurs game was fucking bleak mind. I remember being on a massive comedown on my way back to London from Tunbridge Wells of all places. It’s amazing to look back at how disengaged I was. It was on the radio I think.
-
They do it by ballot to make it fair
-
I didn’t appreciate the tone of their email about my card details for the cup scheme either. Just because others would take the tickets doesn’t mean we are not paying customers, and being told to just cancel is shit service and absolutely poor
-
Not sure if it’s jokes, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that we are no way like a priority for our main owners
-
What’s this stupid idea that we as Newcastle fans are defending Henderson? I’m not. He’s a money grabbing, immoral cunt. Also a mackem.

Ibrox is a terrific stadium and I’m sure lots of great lads in Glasgow support them. Hearing the red faced bigots that our support apparently holds joining in with their shit about Bobby Sands is genuinely depressing, and I hope we never bother with Rangers again outside of competitive football . Not a relationship I hope to cultivate.

No thanks mate

Any decent places to drink tomorrow?
-
Every season ticket holder I assume? They mention a ballot if needed

Em, that clip is a bit weird and creepy.
