There's no rivalry, I just think they're Smarmy bastards and would like to twat them a few times. For all Klopp has done, he's an absolute cretin.

We did reduce the defecit by half tho. improvement!

I wonder what comments he'll read out to them for this game. I do believe this time it's different but it's so hard to call on any given day.

Yeah I agree, there's something incredibly special about him! Our "Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe" type player.

I think Spain winning was sort of the best outcome here. It has highlighted how hidden and ingrained this "machoism" is over there because it's been put out on a world stage. No way a UK person would have done the same because we are more aware and things are changing here. In Spain, you can tell that if this had happened behind closed doors, nothing would have happened.

I think it all started for me when they bought Andy Carroll on deadline day. My first real heartbreak of the team at the time and I was just SO ANGRY. From that point, I've hated them. Especially because he didn't even do well for them and he could have stayed with us and done alright. So yeah, I wanna do these. Klopp just makes them unbearable. And their self righteous fans, just because they banned the Sun etc, think they can ride their high horse about our owners. I don't like being owned by people connected with a regime that kills people like me. But I also have to drive my van (oil from Saudi), I also ride in Ubers (shares by Saudi), Facebook (Saudi shares), I use my laptop (Microsoft Saudi shares), buy things on eBay (shares in PayPal) - the list goes on and on and on. Our own fucking government deals with them, should I leave my country? So they have shares in Newcastle, so fucking what. I can't change that and I'm not willing to stop supporting MY CLUB because the world is fucked up and we are all apart of it. So fuck you Liverpool, even if we lose, you aren't stopping us.

If anyone hasn't seen Jodie Comers "Prima Facie", I would highly recommend it. She's absolutely fantastic in it and it's the best representation/information I've seen on what happens during rape cases and for rape victims. It's written by a lawyer who works in the field so it's very accurate. It's currently on Broadway in the USA but you can get it on film.

Man utd had teething problems at the start of last season and quickly changed form. We went through long periods of poor form only then to hit everyone we played for 4/5 goals in a row. Too early to judge right now, it's a long season.

I agree with your grassroots opinion but we live in a patriarchal world where you've basically just said a joke about being sexist is 'not as bad as being racist or intolerance'. If we are talking grassroots then it starts with women like me, telling men like you, that your comments aren't helpful, insightful or wanted. Sexism is so ingrained in this society that you don't even know when you are being sexist. The thing that racism and homophobia have on their side is that men are also black and gay. Unfortunately, women don't have men in their ranks and until you start to call each other out for baseless comments, things won't change. We need men on our side, not against us. And it's okay for you to say "no point looking at the past" when you've not had to fight to have the rights to be the sex that you are. I understand I have white privilege, it's sometimes uncomfortable for me to comprehend that I have a privilege based on the colour of my skin - something I can't help but there it is. It's down to you to realise you have male privilege and you are treated differently because of that. Anyway, this is the football section and I don't wanna get into a lengthy debate about these things. I understand you were joking, but please, from a female perspective, try to reflect that it's not funny for us to hear this all the time.
-
You do realise that the ONLY reason why the men's game has dominated for so long was because the FA BANNED women from playing for 50 years, setting back 3 generations. By the time women were allowed back, we'd lost the momentum and we had to start from scratch. The reason why it was banned? It was drawing too bigger crowds and, I quote "the game of football is quite unsuitable for females and ought not to be encouraged.” I fucking love the men's game, I also happen to love the women's game and fully support it's resurgence and professionalism across the board. But it's not a threat. And just a side note, even tongue in cheek comments like 'at least the washing up will get down now' isn't funny. It's just as bad as any stupid 'monkey' or 'poof' jokes in my opinion.

Ive just left a message on my MPs voicemail berating the lack of big screens in major cities... The support has to start from the top as well. Nothing will probably happen but it does make me angry as a woman to feel less than all the time!!! It's disappointing but really happy to see you folk on here supporting them. I think the more men that get excited and involved, the more other men want to. Especially when they realise it's not a threat to the men's game but something that can be enjoyed alongside. So cheers all for getting behind the lasses, a credit to the forum.

Yeah, I mean fair enough... The world cup is massive. And you only have a shot at it every 4 years. But I think he can win both!

If we get Hall, gonna say think we've done the best out of everyone in terms of transfers.
-
They have to if they're a bit fucked FFP style. Unless they sell their beloved Gallagher
-
The Watkins miss but I think Botman did enough to put him off

Any day of the week mate. If I see that Klopp grin again... Considering how irate all of us get, Eddie must be so in control of his emotions..the guy is a freak!

Pep is a great competitor and like every great competitor, he is not insecure. He knows he's good and he can value someone else being good as well, and will relish the challenge. I'm sure he enjoys Arteta being at Arsenal. Tbh, I'm convinced that he has stayed in the PL this long BECAUSE of the competition. He's probably excited at having another club that can compete on Man City's level eventually and where he can test himself and showcase his talents. I do believe him and Eddie are very similar. He left Barcelona because it was a 2 horse race... And he left Bayern because it was a one horse race. I've got a feeling he will be around for a while.
-
We are a heavyweight now, we will be competing for the title in under 2 years... Why are we even thinking that players want to leave? It must be SO exciting to play for us at the moment... If anyone wants to leave, I don't want them!

I hope we wipe the fucking floor with him.

Fook, this scene terrified me as a kid.
