Slow slow start but starting to show more signs of the player he really is. Was saying to my mate at the match today, he just dictates the game and pace, his passing can be aggressive and sharp or slow and safe. Really is an intelligent all round Rolls Royce of a midfielder. Hope he can stay on form in that 6 role for months and years to come. Great game today!

Superb today, growing with confidence every game and so so good on the ball. Looked desperate to get a goal too. MOTM.
-
Yeah, I think we all know he'll be great in the city midfield once Rodri and their shite streak is over. Sadly he might never fulfil his potential here.
-
Totally agree, said this since day one. He has a fantastic engine but in a lower gear. He lacks a turn of pace or real speed to be considered world class. He's fantastic at receiving the ball under pressure and protecting it and recently he has showed more of his vision to pick a pass higher up the field. I definitely feel he has levels to go, if playing further forward, with confidence and with better options around him. Not sure Longstaff, Murphy, Joelinton etc are on his footballing brain level. As a 6 he is too easily bypassed by speed and never recovers to get back, he needs to stay as an 8 from now until the end of the season or until he does sack it off, in my humble opinion.

Barnes, world class? I just don't see it. Clinical finisher but very one dimensional and just doesn't work hard enough for the team. We always look weaker down the left when he plays, and does not cover back enough.

Came out of Wednesday with momentum, drop two of the thee better performers and loose all momentum. Love Howe, but well and truly messed it up today. We're generally, all over the place and seem quite complacent when we are making mistakes over and over again.

120m minimum. But in theory, should not be selling.

Class act this lad. So good on the ball.

Does very little when he's not cutting in a scoring worldies. Very very weak and passive in general play tbh. -

Pope Tino Schar Kelly Hall Sandro Bruno Willock Gordon Big Joe IsaK -
Baleba looks great!
-
Probably draw all three. Away.
-
Decent performance, big win. Kelly impressive at CH, Tonali better dictating play, Bruno better free to play further forward. Decent! Bring on the balls!

88 min subs - whats the point man!

Pedestrian and Predictable = 24-25 season.

We're so unprofessional at times. Fucking around.
-
Yeah for Italy...
-
Barnes, Miggy, Tonali, all literally invisible. Bruno running backwards, slowly. Schar and Burn, like OAP's. Zero shape, zero idea. Widest midfield in world football.
-
This is Bruce levels of shite tbh
-
It's all about attitude - few too many lost the belief and fight. It's all a little half arsed.
-
At what point do we stand a midfielder in front of Jackson/Palmer, to stop the 60 yard pinged pass to his feet that bypasses our entire midfield and frontline?
-
Both about the same level of championship in my eyes.
-
Miggy is an absolute waste of time, runs to James then runs away.
-
We're so fucking slow at the back. And no DM - suicide.
