Waste of a sub. Again.
-
I repeat. Out of this world tonight - makes it look soo easy.

Been going since 85. For me, he's the best pound for pound Midfielder I'm seen play for us. Elite in every way, technically, physically and mentally, and he's 24!?
-
I would'nt pay 50 quid for that.

Agree he's an upgrade/variation of Big Joe. We forget that Jo plays every game and is playing fucked most the time, Cunha could arguable play instead of Isak, Gordon, Murphy, Big Joe, allowing all of those players to rotate in and out to provide more rest. I could even see Big Joe playing on the wings and Cunha in a Left Attacking Midfield role at times depending on fitness of others and the opposition. Versatility and rotation being key for Eddie! Lot's of games to play IF we get ECL and there's no doubt he adds that star factor, he's also a stubborn so and so who fits the team ID.

4-0 HWTL -
All the subs were shite on Monday, hard game to come into, as we had already switched to 5th gear. But he looked a little lost.

Tino is arguably better on the left than right - some athlete.

Fucking hell, Bellamy talking like he's in A Beautiful Mind - the 1 is a 4, but the 3 is a 8, and the 2 are a 6. -
Tired of all this inverted wingers bollocks. It's become so tedious.

Man, that rendention of ...Geordies, had me choked up. Beautiful stuff to be amongst that.

Just got home, Nee sleep in two days. What a fucking team, but it's down to one man. Sir Eddie. Take a bow! What a talented but beautiful man. So emotional in the stands yesterday. Disbelief, hope, prior pain - then bang, Winners. I love this club and how the club showed up as one unstoppable force. Happy for everyone who lives for this club. Beautiful times!

Russel Martin analysis of a 0-0....comedy gold.

So far, not seen anything to warrant the purchase, a start or the song. Looks like a rabbit in the headlights in every PL game. But, hope I'm wrong and he comes good. E

Aye, is Isak goes to one of those fuckers that have stopped us every which way, I'm out. Slowly getting bored of the bs in modern football.

Dubs Tripps. Schar. Burn. Tino (Man marking Salah) Sandro Bruno Big Joe Murph Isak Barnes (Fingers Crossed he turns up) Sandro is Key in sitting in deep to protect the slow coaches at the back. I think Tino should be a better match for Salah, with him being right footed and slightly faster than Hall. That Middle three and Isak are a match - it's if Murphy and Barnes show up. But fuck knows....

Was utter shite today. Most don't want to support the team, just be entertained. At one stage Dubravka should have give Burn a shout....I said that to mate and said you could argue he's not have heard him. But today you could hear a pin drop at times. Huge amount leave for a pint on 40 mins, come back on 50 with their curry and chips and leave on 80, blocking everyone else's view as they do.. Might as well fuck off to the cinema.

This. Hope he scores the winner at Wembley, but yet again today, I saw nothing from him to think he's going to be here next season. One dimensional and likes a slow jog back rather than tracking his man.

Class act, but still to hit top gear and consistently - B+

Was at Anfield last night. Noticed how much we rely on patterns of play with Howe, 2 and 3 players working in units to manipulate space. Joelinton is probably the most pivotal player and consistently involved in those units. Left back and left wing. CD and CM. CM and Attack. Last nights change in tactics, broke so many of those familiar patterns and we just looked disconnected and unbalanced. They on the other hand looked devastating and so well drilled on the break - it was fluid and telepathic. Our one devastating player was injured and replaced with one of around six players I would consider past there best, or their best lower EPL standard. Our better players were poor also. Lastly, the game was crying out for subs about 5-10 minutes before their second goal, but again we waited til the goal to react - that's on Howe, again. It seems to happen every week lately.
