Hopefully the fuckers will rot down the lower leagues for years to come. Our cup win has totally broken them.
-
Usual case, by far the better team, missing final ball/chances and then conceding due to shocking defending
-
Before Keegan our average was still higher than them lot. All clubs had big drops in attendance throughout the. 80s

He wears number 9 for Sweden and I've got no doubt he's heard all about the number 9 shirt at Newcastle. I'm absolutely certain, that he will be lining up next season with the number 9 on his back, unless for some ridiculous reason, Wilson is giving another year.
-
It's alright Grumpy Cunt says everything is fine, even though he doesn't know what it involves or how it's being used. Maybe he's talked it over with his PhD son

Last season I agree, but I just don't understand why all 3 were given extensions/new contracts to avoid the current situation. If all three go for nothing, that is arguably their three best players, which will need replacing and no incoming money to assist with their replacements. I know Liverpool are very much ok with PSR, but surely that's going to take a hit this summer, if all the three leave. I realise it's hypothetical, as Van Dijk and Salah may well sign new deals.
-
I suppose it will depend on Van Dijk, if he signs or not. Liverpool have left themselves open and I'm surprised by that, as they have been excellent in their transfer business, these last few years. If somehow, they lose arguably their three best players on free transfers, not only is that a big rebuilding job, but, they have lost out on probably 100-150 million in transfer fees.

This is why the route from St James' (I would have started South Gosforth, travel to St James' then to the town moor, but never mind) to the town moor was a no brainer. It means the people in the city and the surrounding areas can attend. The whole route is going to be absolute chocka block, with everyone giving their utter adulation throughout. Everyone on the bus, players, coaching staff, directors and the wife's are going to be blown away by what they experience.

Wow I see the Arsenal crowd tonight, for the QF game against Real Madrid was just under 16,000 lower than our crowd on Sunday
-
Hylton Castle takes some beating also. I used to be seeing a lass from there, and fuck me the amount of dealing of hard core drugs round there was unreal. People were being killed or badly injured almost daily. Nice enough lass, but I couldn't keep going over to where she lived, as you genuinely had big concerns for your safety.

Well maybe the reason he is looking like timid Joe. Not making any tackles and just sitting of the Argentina midfield. Touched the ball about ten times and mostly just made 10 yard passes. Surely this has to be the manager's tactics, as that is not his game at all. The Brazil manager has got to be under pressure, as I can't remember a worse Brazilian team than this one over the last two years.
-
I think it's great, he even does it when he has lost the ball
-
Mind you I noticed tonight how much Isak is seen as top class. The Northern Ireland players, were shitting themselves as soon as he had the ball. He's a right whinging twat mind you with his own players, I've noticed this loads with our players also
-
I've watched a few of their games and I haven't seen anything which makes him stand out at all. I've stated that about him and Bellingham's brother, but I've always quantified that, by saying they are both young and could develop into decent players. However, they're certainly not showing as the generational talents them lot are/were championing.

The parade and look north has them fewming. They have even exceeded my expectations with how utterly broken they are. It's absolutely glorious to see and what's even better, this is just the start. They're embarrassing themselves with their comfy blanket statements and faux outrage. Dangermows has went into hiding, Smug the internet wannabe is full on lies mode again and sofatester and roker mackem are in meltdowns. I think the funniest thing of all, were the sad cunts who were championing (or should I say ranting) their lasses team to restore the pride of the city. The gap between the two clubs is actually bigger than at anytime within our history. We had the Keegan years, but the club didn't have the money behind them like we do now. The gap will only keep increasing year on year, I would be totally gutted if the roles were reversed. I wouldn't be throwing comfy blankets though, I just wouldn't discuss anything Sunderland again. I can't wait to see their meltdown this coming Saturday

Aye, gives the inbreds the excuse to use their obsessed retort. Hopefully someone comes up with something decent pronto

League Cup Trophy Celebration: Saturday 29th March

Didn't see the post or I would have liked it with news of a parade. I genuinely hadn't heard anything until today. Should have read back a few pages -

No bother I'll take your word for that, but I didn't know that otherwise I wouldn't have stated that -
Wasn't his hamstring, I think he kicked the ground and ball at the end, when trying to clear a ball. Going off the pitch he wasn't limping though and talking normally to his teammates

Why didn't they announce it from the start then? -

I'm pleased sense has taken place and a parade through the city is taking place. This is an occasion when it's a must the whole city is allowed to celebrate. Means families can come and be part of the biggest event since 1969. Still not the route I would have chosen, but this is far better than just having the moor made up of only season ticket holders and members. It will be better for the players also, seeing the route totally flooded with people celebrating their achievements last Sunday. Well done the club for listening and allowing everyone who can get there, the chance to celebrate -
The Irish commentator actually mentioned that and said Howe wouldn't be happy
-
There is no way (imo) he's going anywhere next season. He will be given another contract and he loves it here. The club won't let him go, he's won a trophy and still a very decent chance for CL (I still believe he will be here even if we don't). I honestly can't see any premier league team paying out the money we will want, Barcelona can't afford him (without dodgy dealings) and Real Madrid have two of the best players in the world in forward positions. I'm convinced we will have two or three top players incoming also, something essential to prove to our top players, of the club's ambition.
-
Or Hume, those two together with that fucker O'Nein, all often go for the player not the ball. Isak just wow what a goal
-
Tremendous assist for Sweden's goal
