  1. It's getting to the stage when it maybe an unwise move for the owners to go for him even if they can get a deal agreed. Do Howe or the owners really want a player, who by all accounts is maybe very reluctant in coming here?
  2. No we don't, I don't know why people are taking notice of reporters for. They were spouting the same bullshit in January (£50 million budget, but actually we would have spent £120 if Ekitike had signed). If players are available who the club want, then the money will be spent.
  3. On the official website the Botman article from the other day has twice changed the date to the current date (i,e, it has 1st July today)
  4. I presume you're joking
  5. The thick cunts just continuously lie about everything to give themselves the massive comfort blanket they need. The attendance shit I highlighted the other day being a case in point. The fuckers are absolutely broken and as we all know this is just the start.
  6. I don't think they will wait at all. They will conntinue negotiating as they have been, and move when they get an agreement.
  7. The bitterness and hate is ramping up each day
  8. Don't know if anybody knows this but if you put in code JOINNUFC20 in at the checkout on the club online store you get 20% off
  9. I see Pete Graves has started the next meltdown on there
  10. They rock back and forth constantly between shit signings and faux outrage, they will end up getting dizzy. They're totally broken and this is just the very start
  11. They forgot to add Gooch also
  12. Or even the likes of villa. Who signed their number 1 target diego carlos Do the thick fuckers actually check things before posting utter shite. A quick check up on various media sources, would tell them what they're posting is total bollocks.
  13. Or those who didn't qualify the criteria.
  14. You're not counting people who did not qualify for the chance today though.
  15. As I said you're entitled to your opinion, if St James can be extended fine (may cost less, but it will still be an extortionate cost due to the current location and the buildings surrounding it, the returns would not be cost effective compared to a new stadium either), if not then we need to move. Leave it there though as we obviouisly have different views.
  16. Mind no other club takes as long when players have had their medical, I thought we would have improved this once Ashley had gone. I'm not saying he isn't still signing by the way.
  17. The essential part for being a fan to me is the team and the support first and second with the ground third. Wasn't having a go at you as everyone is entitled to their opinion, and as I said if they can increase the stadium then fine (I think it will not be cost effective though). When you have so many fans who were going for 1,000 tickets and many more who didn't meet the criteria, then something has to be done (this is before anything major has happened also in terms of actual success). I was a season ticket holder from when the east stand opened until the season before Rafa left. Yeah maybe some will say I should have kept my ticket (even though I hated everything the club had become - most on here though were having digs at people who did go), but the fact I may struggle to get a match by match ticket never mind a season ticket due to the size of the stadium, means (in my opinion) that something has to be done. Look at the option of increasing the current stadium first, but if that's not feasable, then a new centrally located stadium needs to be found.
  18. Not when people are missing out it's not though. If St James can be extended to 62,000 (I think the cost would be too much for such a small increase and we don't have a Wembley to totally redesign the whole stadium) then fair enough, but when supporters are missing out, then it's time to have a major rethink. I agree with others it needs to be central though.
  19. Their average attendance in 2019/2020 was 45,036, take 10,000 free season tickets off that (counted in the attendance if used or not) and the truth hits home, the plastic bastards were only marginally better supported in the Prem than we were in Division 1. Mind in fairness I cant ever remember us having half a million outside, but the Ma. U. third round replay must have come close to that. I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago when the thick mackem cunts were going on about giving tickets away. For a start if you average out every game (including cup, which are not included within average attendances) the average is 45,897, without the cup games the average is 48,241. The actual average (Arsenal through to Palace) before Ashley's decision for free tickets (Everton first game) was 46,054, so where the fuck this thick cunt gets 10,000 free tickets taken from his incorrect average of 45.036, fuck knows - mackematics at it's finest. By the way that ACTUAL average attendances (46,054) before the free tickets were introduced, has only been bettered twice by the mackems since 1950 (about 700) in 2001 and 2002. The other great one is when they go on about attendances pre Keegan 1980s - 1992, they ignore the fact that overall averages were down throughout English football during this period (e.g. Man Utd averaged 43,000), but that we were also still getting higher averages than those fuckers during this period also (22,200 compared to 18,924). They need to do some research (and get things correct) before they try to mouth off. As I said mackematics at its very finest.
  20. Personally wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.
  21. Was just wondering that myself.
  22. You maybe right, he's still absolute shit. If we're relying on Wood as backup to Wilson again and Wilson gets another long term injury, then it's going to be a long frustrating season. I think it's a massive gamble (niave at best) to rely on Wilson being fit. We will see what happens come 1st September though.
  23. Personally I would be looking at a player with at least the same standing as Wilson. Unfortunately you cannot rely on Wilson to be fit. I would also be looking at a younger player also. Whether that happens I can't honestly say, we will see at the end of the window (possibly not). Your last point sums it up perfectly, players have to realise the club is looking to progress and will therefore look for a higher level player to replace/compete.
