It won't be as Saudi has no gambling and can't see them accepting a continuation of a betting firm on the shirt. There will be a new sponsorship going on.
-
Imagine if it was Dell, the mackems would go in meltdown
-
If you look at the table overall and form over the last 5, 10 and 15 games there is very little between them. It will be very tight and imho 50/50 for the winner.
-
He's already said that he is running the club within its means. As for the shares, Donald and Methven will probably have premiership goggles on if they do go up. Even if they did sell they will still need further investment, as I said before Dreyfus is running it at a budget and does not have full control of his Trust fund. The increase in revenue from promotion will just cover additional costs, which they already struggle to do so at present.
-
Finances will stop them, you can't attract players if you can't afford them. Unless they get further investment they will be still looking at the bargain basement in the championship
-
That sums up that bald cunt totally
-
The amount of late goals they get is unreal . Hopefully Wycombe will shithouse their way like they did with MK Dons. Would have preferred Dons to be playing them though as they are a better footballing team. Wednesday were dogshit
-
Hopefully these owners were full on anyway (I think they are), but a little reminder about the distinct lack of quality, I agree, is probably not a bad thing
-
I would argue though that Gayle would have scored at least as many and not cost a penny. I'm certainly no fan of Gayle in any way either, I just think Wood is a total plank and said this before he even signed. I've not been proven wrong either.

Her first goal was a canny finish also.

Need another midfielder mind, as the current set up do not have enough possession carry over, create enough chances or have defensive capabilities (especially when playing the top teams).
-
Exactly my thoughts
-
He's got to be as I can't see the current ownership not accepting progress. More than half of the current squad need to be shipped out and upgraded over the next few windows. The fact Dummett and Longstaff have been offered new contracts is not the way to start though. Going to be interesting to see what happens
-
The two performances today and against Tottenham will give prime notice to the owners what is required. Obviously it's going to take a few year, but I'm sure that will start in the summer.
-
Him and Dummett should be chased not given new contracts.
-
He just makes too many mistakes that was absolutely shocking

Can see a 3 or 4 with that team. -
Elliot Anderson (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

If he has the potential many are claiming, then he has to be playing at the highest level possible. Give him preseason and an opportunity to see him with the first team. Then make the decision on whether to keep him with the squad or loan him to a championship team or abroad. -
Fuck you Klopp
-
It's that Gipetto who every year is adamant that they will go up and we will go down. So basically a clown (like the majority on there). Always makes me laugh, how the number of NUFC posts increases when they win. Specifically comments on managers, players and that our takeover is going nowhere
-
Still think that there being no away goals could be a big changer. Subsequent seasons, the mackems score and Sheff Wed have to score 3. This not being the case, allows Sheff Wed to be more open from the off. Sheff Wed won't play as poorly as yesterday either (they still were only beaten by a massive defensive mistake). Tie certainly not over yet.
-
That seems to have been written by a non NUFC fan to me, otherwise why wait until now to publish ' his thoughts'.
-
I honestly think Sheff Wed will turn it round on Monday (their home form is very good). They can't play any worse than they did for the first 70 minutes. Also think Wycombe will cause them issues with what I saw yesterday. Going to be interesting and even if they do go up they will be struggling not to go straight back down. Edit. Also think the no away goal rule being in play could be massive also.
