Well it’s an additional CL space, rather than taking it from someone who already had it. So I can sort of live with it.
If they were taking a space from 4th to give it to Man Utd in 14th, it’d be a different matter imo.
Coefficients change too. It’ll only help a team for so long before they fall into the abyss.

The only suitable punishment is a points deduction next season and/or a ban from European competition.
Anything less than that and it’s completely disproportionate to action other clubs have faced in the past.

The positive side of me thinks the PL could do without another ongoing legal battle and therefore would like to settle ours now.
