I can never shake the thought that he got very Bruce'd in a way. I don't know if it's a faulty memory, but I swear he looked like a real player when he first came through under Rafa. Regardless, he fucking lifted a trophy for us which is more than can be said about most legends at this club. Also scored against PSG in one of my favourite games ever. He leaves with my best regards.
