You could also argue Iraola has been able to spend money and improve his squad over the last couple of years. It's going to be two years this summer since we last strengthened the squad , yet we are still in the top 6 and above Iraola. I would bet Bournemouth wouldn't be in a similar position to now in two years time if they made no signings during that period .

Yeah Hall is a comfortable B at the minute but he's only going to get better and I think he will be an A one day . He's a bigger miss than Gordon or Botman for the cup final which shows how important he has become .

It's sickening it really is , the cartel have made these rules that basically means we will never be allowed to pay him what he's worth despite having the money to do so. With 3 years left on his deal we are in such a strong position, that even if he wants to leave I would expect the club to dig in and say no unless someone offers at least 150 million. it's Summer 2026 before we would have to cash in if he didn't sign a new deal.

I actually think the opposite , I reckon Wilson will do more over the next few seasons than Targett . I reckon if you asked some of the top end championship clubs which player they would rather take now it would be Wilson. It's such a daft debate anyway really as they are both well past their best.

Surprised people are being as generous as a D when it comes to Taggart, especially when you consider Wilson got an E. Taggart is an obvious E , he was ok three years ago but since then has literally done nothing and when he has played looks slow, lethargic and unfit.

They really aren't anything special and I have said it before they are going to be the weakest league winners since Leicester won it. I genuinely believe us at full strength would have given them a game as well, we might have lost but it would have been close and we would have turned up and caused them problems. Its hard to see that happening now though as that defence we will be putting out is old slow and past its best, they are just going to slice through it with ease.
