I just checked and realised I had all emails about tickets marketing etc turned off ,have set to on now but paranoid it won’t be updated by Wednesday , I would like to think the usual book.nufc link works anyway without the need for clicking through an email.

I think period 3 should have been for those that have been to 4 games and not 3 or 4 games, but guessing they have done it like that as is enough tickets for everyone in that period. On a side note what are the odds of no email coming through with the link to book?

Can see no logic in not mentioning a ballot in the first 3 unless you are guaranteed to get one, the club will know exactly the numbers for each criteria.

Apparently Tranmere away sold out at 80 points and saints at 70 so unless I have missed something period 2 is an absolute waste of time ?

I think that's fair enough , rewards loyalty and those that have been to the cup games, would expect anyone in the first three period to be guaranteed a ticket.

Would like to think that having a season ticket with 20 points on and going to the four cup home games would guarantee me a ticket , would actually be pretty disappointed with the club if it didn’t .

Booked my train and hotel the second the draw was made, about as arrogant as it gets.

The club has received an allocation of 32,999 tickets for this all-ticket fixture, which will be played at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday February 27. The breakdown of LFC’s ticket allocation is: General supporter allocation: 74 per cent Contractual supporter allocation; to include seasonal hospitality members and priority rights holders: 17 per cent Matchday officials/first-team players/former players/media: 8 per cent Commercial partners – contractual obligations: 1 per cent

Liverpool got allocated 33k and 74% of that went to general support , the rest went to corporate etc, we will probably get similar which would be like 24k for general sale . Season ticket holders starting from the highest all the way down to zero points probably the fair way of doing it , after that look at who has been to cup games if any are left .

They are such a weird bunch like , they watched us against Arsenal and seem to think we play like that every week despite every metric showing otherwise . They now paint themselves as some sort of vintage 2010 Barcelona side the way they play football and us as some sort of anti football establishment the way we play.

Rooney taking them down would be even more funny than Tory Frank doing it.

We definitely need Man United to get a positive result in the first leg of that game in Barcelona , having said that you would have thought they would prioritise a league cup final over the second leg of the Europa League .

Liverpool got 33k tickets last season, 74% of that went to fans and the rest corporate etc, that would leave 24420 for season ticket holders if we got the same allocation, they will surely have to do it by points in different stages all the way down to zero but that's still probably about 10k season ticket holders missing out, would imagine is more than 10k without any points so wants it gets down to 0 I think the fair way of splitting everyone would be looking at who has been to the cup games and allocation a point for each one.

We pretty much have nothing after our first 11 then Isak and Maxi, the majority of the rest of them wouldn’t look out of place in the championship , Gordon improves that and will be a decent option from the bench .

He’s basically a better version of Jacob Murphy , will be a decent option from the bench .

Its going to take something totally out of sync with our form over the last 12 months to not make the final, I am massively confident we will win the tie and that's not like me at all.

Games against big teams the atmosphere will always be bouncing , happened against Chelsea earlier in the season , will be the same for Liverpool , Arsenal Man United. You probably aren’t going to get a ground in the country where the atmosphere is bouncing for a home game against the likes of Fulham ,Palace , Bournemouth.

Chelsea will have to go on a daft run and us totally collapse for them to make up 11 points on us , same with Liverpool, Spurs have been a shambles all season and lose as soon as they come up against anyone half decent . We have been in top 4 form for the last 12 months now so unless we totally fall apart that 4th place is ours .

Probably be happy enough with another 0-0 here , atmosphere for second leg would be electric and don’t think the saints could cope with it.

Decent point ,teams know if they just sit in against us and make it hard we struggle to score as most teams would, still none of the teams around us have made up any points on us which is the main thing .
