Huge season for him and the entire club next time around. I think we could get top 8 next season with our current squad under Howe. Where we can get with new additions is another matter entirely but I'd say top 6 would be a good aim.
-
I hope to see them all again, playing for other Premier League clubs probably. They haven't done much wrong and some of them have put in huge performances in past seasons to see us where we are now. They were just given the shitty end of the Bruce stick for a long time. Almiron will stay though I believe, he's still got something to give as a squad player.

Almost a leg brace. Thankfully not.

That's what you get for hurting Big Jo, Burnley!
-
Any pitch invasion from the Burnley skanks?
-
Love seeing Klopps stupid face after that. He deserved to lose by winning. I do wonder what his excuse will be.
-
Well thank fuck for that Aside from Brighton winning, today was a decent day. Glad Liverpool didn't win the league, don't care that Man City did. Glad Burnley have gone down and Leeds haven't.
-
FFS sake West Ham We could've had a top 10 finish if you hadn't messes it up.
-
Crazy day so far. One more twist still left I think. Can see Burnley relegating Leeds by getting a last minute goal against here to make it 2-2.
-
Says alot Lascelles and Longstaff being our best players. This is a poor game of football. Getting dragged down to their crappy level.
-
He's gone too long letting things go now. The Burnley players are going over board at times with the challenges. Soft referees cause injuries.
-
They would be doing the same if the roles were reversed. I don't see an issue with Wilson sticking the knife in a little.
-
Shame for Joelinton but the blessing is its the last game of the season. Even if its a bad one he'll be back playing again before Xmas you'd hope. Also if it is worse than that it'll force our hand into an extra signing this summer.
-
Se twists to come today. Don't think we'll be one of them though. It will be tight mind. Perhaps 3-2 to us.
-
That's what all top clubs have to deal with. Comes with the territory of have top level International players in your squad. It would make more of a difference this year though what with the World Cup being in the winter.
-
I'd prefer him over DCL. But wouldn't be massively inspired by either of them. It's not like Toney would be "coming home" so that angle that some media are playing doesn't work for me.
-
We aren't in the position to pay £100m for anyone. Not because we couldnt afford it, but more because we can't risk a £100m flop who we'll have to offload in a year or 2 time for half that.
-
I'd be concerned having both Wilson and DCL. Would end up with Wood being our only fit striker once again for months on end.
-
Soon to appoint his agent as Sporting director and Inspector Clouseau as manager. PSG are mental.

Apologies if it's already been mentioned in this thread. The new habit of naming any and all players initials alongside their number. Just seen the video of Tripper speaking recently and the caption is "KT15". I don't disagree with it so much when it's a brand like CR7, that's his brand, he has boots and clothing etc with that logo. But when it's a player that isn't necessarily known for wearing a specific number or they don't have another namesake like Brazilian Ronaldo being referred to as R9 then I think it kind of stupid.
-
Just got to hope there was an agreement in place with Villa regarding a signing fee. Don't want them asking for stupid money all of a sudden just because of how well he's done and they know we want him. 15m would be absolutely fine and a bargain in this age for a 26yr old English player.
-
Difficult one this, there are pros and cons for both. Burnley have scraped by long enough to arguably deserve to go down this year whereas if they stay up that's one team next season who you'd think/hope we can get 6pts from. Leeds however have been so poor this season but you'd imagine they'd get better next season and provide most teams more of a challenge. On the other hand they have a few players which if they did get relegated I would take here at the relegation cut price. (Philips/Raphina).
-
Shame about those big 6/7 nil losses Leeds have had because otherwise if it stays like this, Sunday would be extremely interesting. Leeds can get an early goal against Brentford and who knows what'll happen. Everton beating Aresnal won't be a given.

Well done Barnes. Mings is an idiot, he was 5 yards inside the box when Barnes hit that, if he'd missed or it had been saved the penalty would've been retaken because of Mings stupidity.
