Oh that is horrible goal to concede. So poor. Gordon and Tonali on please.
-
Hall is so crap 1v1 sometimes
-
Yea he is a player that should be playing in a UCL team. I just mean that not many teams are able to buy him.
-
The thing with selling Isak is, his price would be around 100 million, most likely over that. What clubs at the moment can afford that and need a striker? Real? No Man City? No Man United? Can't afford Arsenal? Doubt they can Liverpool? Most likely no need or cannot afford Bayern? No need Chelsea? Don't think they can afford or need Isak Barca and PSG are the only one I am a bit worried about.
-
He mouthed before that already. I think MacAllister was carded because it was a promising attack and he had no intention to play the ball. IIRC Schär was going past him and Gordon was open on the left.
-
"Not available in your location" Maybe there was, looked like a slight touch. If not, then clear penalty. I would say Virgil barging off the ball is bigger problem. Second time he did in a week
-
Bruno's shooting is crap though.. That and his pace are the only weakness I can think of. That left footer inside the box was so But he is so important especially when we try to beat the press. Never have I seen someone shielding the ball so well and being able to resist the press.
-
I didn't see the whole game, but Gomez on Isak wasn't a penalty for me, looked like Gomez got a touch on the ball. The end was a farce, BUT Livramento took 40 secs to take a throw in before that, I don't really like to moan about that. On the whole ref was good. Gave yellows even early on, Gordon had 1 dive, but otherwise he was kicked to bits again.
-
I think Isak thing was not a penalty, Gomez got a slight contact to the ball. Van Dijk tackle though? What was that. Referee was good and Murphy should have scored at least one.
-
Gomez managed to push him a bit just the right moment.

But isn't a hypocritic to threat gay people well, with love and kindness, while at the same time thinking what they represent and what they are is sinful and wrong? If they think all people are sinners but at the same time think "because these people are gay, they are sinners and they need to pray for salvation to go to heaven", it really is not right. Everyone is a sinner, but if the problem is being gay, then that "traditional view" has no place in this century. Making a problem of someone's sexuality should not be a thing in a modern society.
-
Really? I was raised a lutheran and know a bunch of people who hate gays and think gay people shouldn't be allowed to get married, shouldn't have same rights etc. And of course people interpret the Bible differently. Some don't do it all but just cherry pick what they want to believe in. Guehi could say his religion says every human is a image of God and he accepts all kind of people, but he does not want publicly to wear that armband. Or something. (which would contradict his statement though..) Never mind what he does, it is still surprising how many deeply religious (Christian) people there are in the Western countries. Guess it will take a bit longer for this to change still.

Yea, I get that he is different type of player. But in attacking sense we are not getting the best out of him. He should be encouraged to put the ball in the box quicker, cause the 1-2s are not really his thing. His movement is just not smart enough, but he has the technique to get his foot open and cross. Like you said Hall is the player for combinations.
-
Have to say I am bit worried about Livramento. Of course the bigger problem is the right winger, but his passing and decisions when to release and when to dribble is quite often lacking. He is getting better defensively, but comparing that with Trippier's attacking play it really is a big change. Really doesn't work at the moment no matter who is playing at right wing. And definitely there has to be a left footed player in front of him.

City seem to have their bellies full. No fight left there and Rodri out for a season seems like a killer. They will be back there next season though.
-
City have absolutely no threat behind. Easy to play against when no one is trying to stretch play.
-
They haven't changed their team enough. Slow, no threat, no midfield, no tackle. Weak.
-
I have Kluivert in my FPL team. On the bench..
-
Munoz was making that same run to the far post all the game. Joelinton just wasn't tracking that one I guess. Sad thing is that we have played against Southampton and CP and looked awful... And they are at the bottom.
-
Yea, long season to go. But I don't see how our play is going to improve radically. We lack talent upfront and from midfield, but we also don't have a system now that creates chances.
-
I think he is done after this season. No matter the FFP/PSR problems and all that, our play has not improved (the opposite), we are easy to play against, offer no threat. Players are being played out of position. He is a dead man walking now.
-
Deserved. We have been awful, and so have they for the last 20 mins.
-
I think his price will be around 25-30 million. Liverpool have no need to sale him for cheap. And to be fair, did he have something to do against Real Madrid for example? Yea he saved a penalty, which was piss poor and saving penalties it something that I would consider important ability for our keeper. This just sounds to me like a player who has a short decent spell in a great team, and suddenly he is a world beater. I think he is a decent keeper, but for long term? Rather someone else for me. But if we end up with him, I accept that, we could do a lot worse. And not the first time I am wrong if he ends up great.
-
I don't think Kelleher is good enough. Liverpool fans didn't rate him much before this short spell.
-
Problem for Isak is that in this 4-3-3 he is very isolated. When we drop deep, he is so lonely and is not exactly a player that holds up the ball. Bruno does not have the legs to support, so that is required from wingers or 8s. With Longstaff it's not going to happen, so that leaves 3 players. If the right winger is Murphy or Joelinton, that really is not much of a threat. Then when opponent drops deep, we do not have the skill or combinations to break it. Just cross after cross...
