  1. Liverpool being under is always great, but it just isn't quite the same with the rat in the bench.
  2. It does, but not in the way you think Like the poll on Eddie's thread showed. People actually being Eddie out = exceedingly rare. People thinking other posters here want Eddie gone is pretty normal on the other hand.
  3. Also don't get why people bring up Hall. His problem wasn't not playing well, but not playing. The moment he got a starting spot after we didn't have any choice he was great right away. Tonali would be a better example.
  4. A win would be nice, but all I really want is a strong performance. Expecting neither, so room to be positively surprised.
  5. Can't really deny that we have a pretty expensive squad can we? Numbers from memory, but should be close. Woltemade £65m Wissa £55m Tonali $55m Elanga $55m Ramsey £45m Bruno £40m Gordon £40m Joelinton £40m Botman £40m Barnes £35m Tino £35m Hall £35m Thiaw £35m Willock £30m £10-20m: Pope Trippier Burn Osula Murphy Aren't exactly chump money, anyone outside top 6 close?
  6. Well it's not "realistic" anymore, but had we won against Marseille you just can't say it wouldn't be then. Even PSV managed a draw at Leverkusen.
  7. Well we were ofcourse never favorites to reach top 8, probably even if we won vs Marseille. Doesn't mean that we didn't have a chance.. Must be boring having a mindset of never thinking we were going to make it.
  8. Why just this loss what? Very likely wouldn't win against Leverkusen? Not sure what you mean by very likely, certainly have a decent chance.
  9. I dont get this.. The loss makes it very hard for us to reach top 8, which means we have to do the play offs and if we get through have a harder matchup in the next round. Seems pretty fucking significant.
  10. He atleast got more than 10 mins this time.
  11. I just don't see it myself, yet..
  12. I would easily take less than £60m if he doesn't start improving soon. And given his previous hights, surely there will be a few that's interested in trying to restore him to the player he once was. Sometimes all you need is a fresh start.

    Joe Willock

Definitely Thiaw for me, but he was up there.
  14. To those who kept an eye on him at Forest, what is he supposed to be skillful at?
  15. Still runs around like a madman, but think its clear that the amount of games he has been playing is badly affecting his skill on the ball.

    Nick Pope

Making too many errors lately. Coupled with his inability to kick a ball properly it's way past time to give Ramsdale a try.
  17. Thinks it's gotten to the point where it's best for everyone that he gets a fresh start somewhere else. He isn't just a poor striker, but a poor player atm and has been for quite a while. It's a sad sad situation.
  18. Dont think he did any glaring errors with the team selection tbh. Only thing I reacted too was Willock, but he turned out to be one of our best. Disagree with those who thought we were decent though. So little control and such poor passing, Marseille was there for the taking, wasn't impressed by them at all.
  19. Think Tonali and Bruno is playing way too much. Huge missed oppurtunity not bringing in a CM this summer.
  20. I just don't get what people are seeing if they think we have bren decent this game.
  21. Delighted to see Willock looking like his old self. Would be a massive boost to us going forward if he can keep it up.
