It may look straight from that angle, but from others you can clearly see that it wasnt. And that isnt what I would call raised foot. You can get lots of still images with a leg going in like that during a week of games. You also have to question why VAR didnt show the other angles during the replay. It looks way worse from the angle they showed the ref. From behind and the other side you see that the leg wasnt straight and how his foot changed angle after rolling over the ball. But VAR didnt show these, only replayed the other 2 angles 3 times each. Why not give the ref all the information for such an important decision?

Yes i was quite dissapointed about his interview.
-
This could be easily verified by the communication between the refs i guess. Insane if true.
-
Cant be true.

The leg wasnt straight, his foot rolled of the ball making him hit with his studs first. I think its a little harsh and not an obvious wrong decision for the ref to give yellow. And if it isnt an obvious mistake VAR has no business getting involved.
-
It encourages refs to bother to look closely at dissallowed goals lol.
-
Clubs should have a representative in the VAR room and be allowed to appeal one decision during the game and demand VAR to take a second look. If the appeal goes through they get another.
-
Not multiple people at the same time atleast.
-
Earlier decisions in Liverpools favor are irrelevant unless im claiming there to be a major conspiracy involving all the refs in the league, which I`m not. Corruption can be much more simple than that.
-
Looking at a picture is not a new technology, neither does the offside rule require interpretation in this case. And it doesnt have to be a major conspiracy for it to be corruption involved.
-
Even religious people are mostly competent at their full time job. Huge fuckups can happen, but to multiple people at the same time? How many VAR refs are there?
-
Its hard to believe one guy being so incompetent, but multiple VAR refs? I just dont see it. Its their full time job..
-
People should atleast entertain the idea that there may be corruption after seeing decisions like that.

I didnt see him making too many of those passes last year. But yes im starting to realize his importance to the team after watching us with and without him this season.

Going to love seeing the Klopp interview after this

Been looking so much better after his contract got sorted. Beautiful player.

Starting to warm up to this guy. Another great game. Good to see him getting more involved in the attack aswell, what a pass to Anderson.
-
Fouled him before he touched the ball, clear pen.
-
We have been dominating after the first 10 min.
-
What a pass from Bruno.

Yeah but Gordon isnt cover

Good thing that its the position we have the most semi-cover on. Joelinton, Isak, Anderson.

Think thats to big of a game. Dont want to risk screwing up his confidence if he fucks up there.
