  1. IF we have a good summer we should have the depth that they didn’t though. Should be cruising 80% of those fixtures, although the schedule and injury list has been rank at times Eddie has handled the fixture buildup better than 23/24. Id expect him to improve on that again should we qualify.
  2. Savage for them that they are a decent mid table side now, just got cut adrift to early to bring it back

Don’t do it to yourself, he will be linked all over the place this summer (Not saying he’s leaving anytime soon)

That’s a big goal for them I feel, shame

I wonder where we’d be with him if it wasn’t for that injury? I do feel that there’s a lack of effort and application when he did get game time, look how much more fluid we look with Gordon there. I don’t know if the Wissa injury was/is worse than they let on, but the output isn’t there with him. Maybe he just wants to poach and not do the hard yards which doesn’t work here. Most likely to leave in the summer for me.
  6. It’s the only way now I think, you don’t get the same output when he’s out wide because I think he simply does not enjoy playing there. His head drops. Will be interesting to see how much more he bring centrally, can he keep adapting? He’s definitely improved with game time there so far. I just wish he was more a natural, ruthless finisher.. he has it in him but perhaps not consistently enough up to now. The dangerous instinct is there though, positioning and timing is good so the goals still come. I think there’s a possible timeline that he’s our starting striker next season. I was sick of him out wide tbh, it just wasn’t working anymore and at one point I expected to that he’d be moved on and reinvested in come the summer (I hoped anyway). In the process of reinventing himself he has proved himself once again which is good to see, if he can finish the season strong with performances like that who knows.
  7. He’s like 2018-2021 Almiron but on roids
  8. You just get the best version of him centrally these days, it’s where he WANTS to play and that’s very clear now

It’s not often that Howe is so matter of fact like that
  10. I read 200k+, although that could be inaccurate The Bayern factor didn’t help
  11. He was the one I wanted (after the more unrealistic Ekitike), I expect the Chelsea wage is the reason it didn’t happen He would have been a machine under Howe

It’s awful from Tudor, talk about throwing a young GK into the deep end. It’s total desperation stuff from a manager 3 or 4 games in?

After his injury you’d expect Howe to be giving as much game time as realistically possible, off the bench or not Even in games that we want a more pressing forward rather than a poacher you’d think he’d at least get the last 20 minutes, I’m starting to think there’s an issue with attitude as much as application
  14. One of the best performances of the season, with a real striker we are winning that by 2 Manage similar at their place and there is literally no reason we can’t beat them
  15. Performance was fucking great On another night with a real striker up front we could be 2 or even 3 aheadn
  16. The whole passage of play was a shit show up until the foul Harsh to solely blame Thiaw

    Anthony Elanga

The type of stylistic match up that he will thrive in, great showing tonight
  18. Fuckkk, we are 2-0 up on another night man come on
