Just hope we don't end up kicking ourselves for not taking advantage of our possession, as has happened so many times before. -

A proper front line, and this match would be over. Now I'm worried who's going to nick it in injury time later. -

Hope we play miles better than what I witnessed at Spurs. A win would go a long way to safety and we should definitely go for it. A draw will be slightly disappointing at home, but not a terrible thing. A loss... and I guess some nerves start going a bit. I'll go for 2-1 to us, and extra smiles if Wood gets one. -
So have the mackems become so irrelevant that even the dedicated thread has now given up?

We need to win this - would get the confidence back again, but there's a very good chance we won't. Wolves are decent. -

Just got back in. I think Howe got it right in the post-match interview, although I don't think we were that good in the 1st half as what he made out. We got the goal and celebrated for 3 minutes or so. Still, I thought we'd put up more of a fight in the 2nd half than we did - total collapse to be honest. Well, let's see if our home games can bring some rewards. Can't rest on 31 points. -

I'd be more confident about this if we had a decent strike force in place, as I think they'l get a couple of goals at least. Any points here would be welcome, but we'll have to work bloody hard for them and avoid any late trauma like at Chelsea. I'm getting to go to this one too, looking forward to it! -
I honestly do try and be objective when I read what's in that place, and in the past I've chuckled at the odd bit of fewm. But this... this is on another level to anything I've witnessed over the years. Every other post now drips with so much vitriol, ratcheted up to screeching point to ward off their terrible emptiness. Please, mackems... for your own sakes... concentrate on getting out of your shitey league (perhaps starting next season). Release those straws you clutch to so hard. You'll feel better!
-
After all that, I'd rather be in our position than Everton's. But talk of top half of the table ought to cease!
-
Well by 'chances', I meant getting in or around the box. Not hugely often, but I would have thought a more developed team would have found the net with that.
-
Only ourselves to blame for that shite. How many chances do we need? Ballsed that up completely. Take the two week break and come back fighting.
-
It was there for us. We just don't have the striking quality.
