It's just a difference of opinion. No more.

You know what really confuses me, obviously we've spent all this money to get us in the CL. Well why the fuck didn't we just keep our beloved Steve Bruce in charge, should've been shown some respect for his work. He was even spot on about that guy that relegated Bournemouth. Christ some fans these days.

When that transfer happened my first thought was that's an odd move for him. This guy is a starter for Brazil let's not forget, so surely he can't be overly happy with his choice so far. Other than the final they've some how found themselves, it's been a shocking season for them. He must be watching Bruno with a tiny bit of jealousy. I don't see him staying at West Ham for very long, more of a shop window for him. Don't think we go for him though tbh.

Kid hasn't had any minutes since the 11th of March, if I'm correct. Bench again tonight. Hard to argue he wouldn't have been better off here actually playing every week for the u21s, and probably doing abit of training with the first team now and again, get to know everyone around the club, and so on. Instead he's in Scotland basically doing fuck all, getting close to no game time. As it stands, due to how this loan went and who is currently in charge of that area, I'd rather he stayed with us next season.

Great is not exactly a term for the cream of the crop though, Yes he's not like a Modric level midfielder (yet), but he's right up there. Think great describes him perfectly.
-
I'm not going to ask, just assume they've forgotten about his injury.
-
Oh good thing he tagged the PL, they will be all over this.

After watching that Alvarez quite abit, and discussing him with the Dutch side of my family, he's nothing special. I'd rather Sangare from PSV if we're looking at the Eredivise.

Friend just sent this. 'Liverpool’s hopes of qualifying for the Champions League were effectively ended by the 1-1 draw at Anfield, where the referee John Brooks disallowed a Cody Gakpo goal for offside and showed the Villa defender Tyrone Mings only a yellow card for a high, studs-first foul on the Netherlands international. The Liverpool manager was serving a touchline ban on Saturday as a consequence of his comments about the referee Paul Tierney after the 4-3 win against Tottenham last month. Brooks was the fourth official who Klopp ran up to when celebrating Diogo Jota’s 96th-minute winner that day.' -
We've just saved what about 200k a week on Shelvey and Wood. That's one top player!

Shouldn't this now be The TopThreeometer? -
For me keeping this guy around for a long long period of time makes complete sense. Chopping and changing managers is just hoping one clicks. It's seems far more likely that sticking with a manager of Howe's quality, giving him more time to fine tune and get thing exactly how he wants etc etc, the more chance of further success. When the owners originally mentioning wanting him to be their Ferguson, I really hope they stick to that! Love you Eddie!

That sweet sweet word 'spend', actually spending money to improve the squad rather than sell for a profit down the line for Ashley to backpocket. I need to get the new shirt with CL badge on it, incase we never see the day again (no chance). Would it have the star football logo on the sleeve, I don't even know if thats a thing any more, it's been that long.

You have to think what is going through the owners minds, there's no way they could've thought this would happen. I wish I could be a fly on the wall for the discussions being had by the whole ownership/staff now that its confirmed. Ah man what a great season, and a great summer coming no doubt!

But just one slightly weaker team is nice, so we have a higher chance of third and being able to continue our European journey, plus the chance to win that and auto qualify for CL I think? -

Yeh I'm with them. Why would anyone celebrate qualifying for the elite league of club football? Fools.
