I dunno why those people don't just buy the premium seats for extra £25 quid and leave normal seats for 'supporters' and not spectators. How can fans treat a game where we could win a trophy for first time in nearly 60 years the same as a 2pm Sunday game... honestly the mind boggles...

Am about 30 mins from there, nice place, alot of decent pubs, a weatherspoons also there that doesn't attract the wrong type. Also short tube or cheap Uber from Watford which will be full of mags and has plenty bars.

Good move by Wor Flags @Heron shame some our lot need reminding in a final. What does really annoy me is reading on twitter "not everyone can stand" aye maybe 1k tops but you can't tell me we have 15k fans that need to sit down in silence man.

There's no easy way of doing it really, I did every game bar Wimbledon at home (actually bought the away fixture) but couldn't do home due to work. If they went all home games first I'd be disappointed doing both away fixtures but guess that can't please everyone. I would like to see a first period for regular away goers in cup scheme to see if we can get as many together for atmosphere purposes.

Definitely and the idiots telling people to sit down can bore up. Has be loud and proud. Shouldn't be any other way.

Good to see a lot of people calling it out too. Looking at comments you can see the miserable fans by the comments.."the players need to get the fans going" or people going "there hasn't been a wor flags display" for a while...FFS they just don't get it

Below comment on the mag shows we have so many fans who offer nothing in terms of at atmosphere and backing to the team, awful changes...what bringing in some top class players like Isak in and competing to get into Europe..... Heard on the grapevine couple of weeks ago from someone who works at the club it's going to be a new stadium. Devastating news for all the old timers who have had to put up with some awful changes since the new owners came in. The only good news is that is going to take at least ten years so we will have our historic home for a long time yet. I was certainly not one of the people dancing in the streets when the takeover went through just having a quiet pint on the seafront in Benidorm wondering what all the fuss was about.

Not being funny but alot of that is nonsense from fans as well, St James park atmosphere is crap now so won't get any worse, same as it man utd build a new ground the atmosphere won't get any worse as it's already crap.

In regards to the Everton comments, I've walked past that new ground and lt looks very impressive TBF, the steep safe standing end is exactly what I'd want at Newcastle...

Definitely, and let's be honest Man city haven't had the day trippers that Liverpool, Man Utd even Spurs and Arsenal being in London. Living in South for last 11 years I rarely get train up as cost is always 3 times more than driving. London Manchester etc have major airports as well...

Trouble is too many fans take criticism to saying atmosphere needs to improve, they think because they turn up they do their part then don't like fans saying it how it is. Hopefully clubs ruthless in summer. Hope wants to go to a match with no passion?

Loads who turn up and I think why bother, they clap the attendance as if they've done their job which is cringe as fuck. Honestly I hope we can just turf loads of fans out and get some "supporters" not spectators together. Bloke near me leaves at 83 week in week out. 4 lads leave at 32 mins for a pint... honestly it's embarrassing. Unless we get fans together in leazes and gallowgate nothing will change, the my seat brigade won't be happy of course.

FFS we got beat off a team who spent far less than us, annoying we how some fans gan on like we haven't spent a penny for 5 years. Weren't good enough today nothing to do with this. On to next one... HWTL

Agreed however what I would say is if the club where to say we are adding 3k safe standing to leazes I think you'd get alot of people who complain about the atmosphere wanting to sit there...

Any of the young lads attending this be another chance to say how we need to get some young fans together to improve atmosphere.

I think you just need to look at the comments to see where's it all wrong.... "Genuine fans can't get tickets" "Too many tourists" "Too many YouTube fans" All absolute excuses for shit support by season ticket holders. 36k go week in week out, there's your problem. Don't get me wrong ballots don't help but it's 99.9% down to season tickets.
