  1. Aye get the Met line from Watford to Wembley central, slower than actual train,be about 30 mins but return for about £7 quid so a lot cheaper.
  2. We're all marching on to Wembley We're all going on the piss And we'll really shake it up when we lift the fucking cup Because Newcastle are the greatest football team

Always thought the "Whey ya kna whey ya kna" was a goodun to keep the away end bouncing. Think it was Huddersfield we sang it for about 20 mins.

So underused howay the lads...should be a no brainer to belt that out at Wembley.

I think we have a fairly good song book but we only a very small minority of songs are sung, I think this is where more standing ends around the ground would improve. Look back to level 7 and you'd regularly hear "they call us Newcastle united" "if you want to go heaven when you die" who's that team you call united with first verse. The full Blaydon races in sync. "We've travelled far and wide*

You notice the difference in attendees v how away end going to be, Brentford this season was alot more old lads less Newcastle tops (not that I'm saying you shouldn't wear strip) more on a Xmas day out and away end was great. Think back to championship was a lot of younger fans who propped up away ends who now are often ticketless, I do think the songbook was far better too then.

Also think the away culture is dying with popularity of football on the rise. We've played some teams at home who's away support was crap compared to years gone by..Villa Spurs Chelsea etc etc

A think it's fixtures like today where you realise there was some very good away dayers who clearly didn't have season tickets and they checks have put a stop to it. They don't want to admit it but since checks come in far more happy clappers than 'supporters' remember Spurs away in league cup 4-0 away end bouncing... The best atmosphere their in recent times was cup lady year were we got whole upper tier. I always think even the Manchester derby you rarely hear the man united fans.

    Kieran Trippier

Never believed the hype..give over man, absolute stupid comment. Yes he's on the decline and been awful today but fans easy to forget he was our player of the season 2 years ago...
  14. Anywhere down towards Deangates is sound and some nice pubs, alot drink in that weatherspoons just down from Piccadilly but plastic glasses and lifting pints on match day.
  15. Aye they'll boo Cabaye and Perez but clap a bloke who's never played for us.

    St James' Park

Wonder if they holding out news to after cup final, or if they just don't know and another click bait article
  17. Regardless of their form would snap ya hand off for a point...
  18. Least there's a few radgies on here in upper tier, cringe when people are posting "will there be atmosphere in this block etc" every block should be ganin radge man it's not Fulham on a Sunday early kick off.
  19. TBF I know a lot transferred Wimbledon tickets and I can imagine Chelsea there was canny view did so there might be couple thousand who missed 2 games maybe?
  20. What's interesting about Juventus is they are the biggest supported club in Italy (most watched on Italian TV) but have by far the largest out of region supports (glory fans). Spent some time in Torino after we played Milan and the locals were all Torino fans. Interestingly in Milan the amount of bar staff/restaurant staff that supported Juventus was mental. My mates dad moved to England as young lad from Italy, he lived in South near Sicily and again growing up majority of his school were Juventus fans.
