What actually happened to the "trial" surely they should of been a date set for further safe standing to be added if success?

They both problems imo, Pope should of saved that yesterday and like I've mentioned has already been to blame for a few goals. I'm not denying creating isn't an issue but Pope is going backwards imo.

Each to their own but I think his "keeper" side is overrated, he wants to punch everything, he often gets beaten softly and I'm there's being good with your feet or simply not able to kick a ball which is pope. He made a lot of mistakes prior to joing us also btw, 2 at St James and 2 at turf moor against Newcastle that I can remember

How? Do our fans think he's good enough because he pulls off some good saves? He's been to blame for 4 goals this season at least and constantly puts the team under pressure with his abysmal kicking? Look at west ham other night twice he kicks it sideways to give west ham throw in when he's barely under pressure. Why do you think he's England's 4th choice keeper? Any fan who thinks he's good enough is absolutely kidding themselves. If we are aiming for a Europe you can't have him in goal simple as that.

He's absolutely not good enough, sick of saying yet idiot fans giving it the he's a good shot stopper. He's a bottom of table goal keeper at best and costs us alot of points. Some of comments in here are laughable mind, he's a country mile behind the top keepers

Definitely is true, Stretford end, Shed end, kop, Spurs north stand, arsenal lower clock, Gwladys street end, to name a few. Im not bothered about about full end but even if we got another 2k in the leazes corner with the right fans at least it would make a difference in the leazes. I had 4 mates got tickets in leazes for Arsenal at home in level 4 at back of corner, they managed to get songs out of the leazes so so it shows another standing corner would work. On another note all thes fans who say a new stadium would just like Monday night I couldn't disagree more. Firstly even if you had the lads in the strawberry corner in a new Everton type ground it would spread far better than it does currently and secondly you have a chance to relocate. I was speaking to lad at Everton and he was saying Goodison atmosphere is shite as lot of younger lads are in wrong stands but relocations allow chance to regroup.

Why did we put safe standing is as trial and then not expand on it? It's been safe and a success. Seem obvious decision to do, can't understand why not

Yep agree with that, I think it's more because you have a lot of respect and backing from fans that it comes as a trusted voice. A new ground may be 5 or 6 years away if not longer so I think the trust line groups need to look at the short term wins to improve what alot of fans want.

Absolutely quality but I feel for the lads n lasses who put their time and effort In for fans to fuck off after 80 mins and not get behind the team at all. @Heron with all the hard work and prep and working with the club are they open to taking to wor flags about how we can help get like minded fans together? We added a safe standing area on trial and never added more to it, seems like a step backwards. What's the feel from the group as it's amazing the work you do but must feel let down by club. To me it seems easy fix, get another few thousand standing in the opposite corner. Seems like you lot might have more say than others, dunno if the trusts would get on board?

Also why do we have a family enclosure next to away fans, they all families sat down. Needs safe standing home support

Honestly find it madness that people questioning Howe already after slow start purely because we've seen a lot of managers have dips or slow starts or lulls In their tenure. Look at other clubs, Bournemouth, Forest, Arteta at Arsenal after his first year and Klopp when they dropped off for that matter. Recruitment in summer let him down plus a lot of distractions at board level, they need to back him in Jan.

He's absolutely no where near good enough, a said this on this forum few weeks back and people saying they'd rather have him than Martinez and Ederson Pickford etcm He makes far more errors than any of those keepers.

Fucking pope is so average at best, never mind his feet he makes far more mistakes than any of the teams keepers around us. Sick of people thinking he's a top keeper minus his feet, he's not top level at anything

Shows amount of bed wetters we have as fans and even some people on here, more bothered about a lad no one every watching leaving for Brighton than Anderson.
