Fair point.. its the glaziers bat and ball and they are letting him do what he wants.
-
In fairness I guess the quote from the mail was directly lifted from the email he sent.. so maybe he didn't publically criticise his staff.. maybe it was leaked by a member of staff. Don't know which is worse tbf.

OK
-
The way he carries the ball is so impressive, strength and pace, going to be some player for us.
-
Nowt wrong with him giving people a kick up the arse. Publically criticising members of staff is another matter. But it's his bat and ball. So he can do what he wants. The more he hogs the limelight, the less chance that the media might remind us that Dave Brailsford was leader of team sky during the doping saga.

Good win.... however when sheff utd scored one of their "fans" hoyed a full Coke cup from above and it hit me and the lads around me.. I got away lightly but the lad to my left and the lad on front of him got quite wet.. sterwards got involved.. it was on cctv.. the lad who threw it was 10.. him and what passes for his dad were hoyed out the ground.. Needless to say it wasn't Coke in the cup.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/pfa-newcastle-tottenham-australia-friendly-32432078 The above is an article from March, it says the PFA raised concerns. The times article only says the FA are looking at changing the rules - surely that rule change could not effect the game V Spurs - people have no doubt already bought tickets/booked flights (Adam P for one). The game was surely within the rules when it was arranged? It is more likely to be something they bring in for next season?
-
Does the article say who raised the concerns?
-
The worst thing about the Waddle situation was the fee he went to Spurs for - £590,000 - was set by a tribunal as us and Spurs could not agree a fee - he was easily a 2-3 million pound player by the standards of the day.

I think if/when Isak leaves - it will be for a major team in Europe - Barca/Real most likely. Do not think he will end up at Arsenal, and as for him going to spurs - no chance.

I think us moving would create loads more potential for revenue, and that is vital due to ffp and all the other shite. First started going regularly in 1983 and the modern day St James Park is unrecognisable really compared to back then... the old West stand paddock and open gallowgate terrace hold many fond memories.. but things move on and times change... leaving sjp will be a wrench no doubt.. but we are still going to be Newcastle united and play in black and white stripes.
-
Yesterday was mint.. st James Park in the spring sunshine.. cracking performance.. few pints afterwards.. hot and spicy pizza.. in bed by 9pm snoring my head off.. woke up with a smile on my face.

There is a lot of uncertainty regards Premier league place and European competition qualification- if a) Premier league gets 5 CL spots and b) FA cup winner comes from top 6, then 6th and 7th get europa league... if one of a or b does not happen then 6th gets europa league and 7th europa conference.. if neither a nor b happens then 6th is europa conference and 7th is nothing.
-
The game at manure will be massive.. I think we will finish 6th or 7th - and that game will be critical in terms of which of those positions it is.
-
Merson spouts pure shit mind.
-
Would have been fantastic if the Palace manager had done a klopp style fist pump for the away fans.
-
I think this will get discussed in the house of commons this week.
