Tripps has had a mare recently, no 2 ways about it, Howe probably could/should have rotated more to avoid Tripps being so physically off the pace. Maybe Tripps also has something going on in his life, and therefore maybe he is not in the best frame of mind currently, who knows. One thing I do know is that I back him to bounce back, and also Howe has got my backing (OK so the guy ain't perfect). HWTL.

Also with EL we would go into a play off round with the teams who finished 2nd in EL groups - and if win that then we go to last 16. So is more games if we go down the EL route. So 2nd in group and Madrid all day long for me.

For me I want top 2- if that meant Madrid next then happy days. I just see 3rd and EL as a consolation prize.
