He's always going to be protective on his players, even more so after a game like that. No issue with those comments.

I actually don't think there was a lack of effort etc from us, maybe our players are more mentally fatigued with the games etc they've had. I think we setup the game completely wrong from an attacking sense and could never recover out of that hole.

I think he has to start most games for us simply of his goal threat and being the best finisher at the club currently.

Not having that you can't criticise him. You can immediately tell he comes from a league with zero physicality, he's absolutely weak as piss 75% of the time in challenges.

He bottled out of a challenge around the 65th mark and I lost it, very shallow comments I always feel when you get these.
