so highest imo we can finish is 6th and even for that we need to better than all of WHU, Brighton, Man Utd and Chelsea simple as that. good fucking luck with that as we have no consistency at all given we follow up a great Villa win with a Luton draw. we should have gone on a run beating Villa, Luton get result at Forest away then rip apart Bournemouth before going into some crunch games with Arsenal, Chelsea, Wolves in about 3-4 weeks time.
-
this Luton draw is fucked up, how can they score 4. did they score 4 in Champo last season in 1 game?
-
this Luton did not score 4 so far away from home imo in the PL and also wont score 4 until end of season.
-
1 point total from 6 vs mighty Luton Town. Tonali alone cost more than whole Luton squad cost probably. these are not issues we can only fix with more transfers.
-
this is on Howe, how he preprared the defence? this is our best defence apart from Pope. Barkley and likes are picking us apart.
-
how we potentially losing to this side. their squad worth total of 25m pounds about. should be guaranteed 6 points overall vs them. could be fucking zero points. no excuse for that.
-
we need to win this. come on!!!
-
Ashworth must have been busy this window.
-
didnt Ornstein say 17m fee.. its potentially to go up to 3.5m with a nice big sell on %.
-
this ref made sure Chelsea get beat tonight haha. absolute no point to use VAR if they cannot catch penalties like that even from replay. anyway good result for us Chelsea losing. its brutal how shit this Chelsea is despite the money they spent. money really cannot buy success. they should be top2 minimum with what Boehly spent since he arrived.
-
out for 6 weeks isnt he
-
with all the talk last 2 weeks, will we actually bring anyone to the first team this window or even sell anyone from first team. I guess not.
-
we need a big away win in the league sooner or later, when if not now facing the team with best home record hehe. if we could put together 3 wins in a row in PL all of a sudden others would try to get to feel bit uncomfortable.
-
Saudi clubs need to look at Ritchie, Kraft, Targett, Dummett etc. 10m each and we can talk.
-
Tonali did have some good games and some mediocre. quite hard to rate him in any way based on small sample and his personal dealings in the background. he probably got to find out that shit hits the fan in terms of prosecution. I dont know what he was thinking, maybe getting away from Italy can keep the lid on this mess? it did seem strange Milan was ok to sell their talisman young Italian midfielder. I bet Milan had a sniff of the upcoming shower of shit and they played us and Tonali played us too unfortuntely which is still a big issue for me. my worry is that he will become homesick next season and ask for a transfer back to Italy and we get some laughable fee from someone. if that happens its clear he just wanted us to be the losers to spend his ban and fuck us then he returns to Italy. lets hope its the other option with him becoming a crucial player for us after his ban and repays his transfer fee and some more for the way the club helped him and handles this mess he caused...

rip these apart, Howe had two weeks to video analyze the shit out of Fulham, I want a strong performance, strong away performance as we have been awful more than not away from home this season. time to stop the rot, get a great cup win, onto the next round where we should now get a home draw and lots of Champo clubs still in the picture. not bad that many good clashed around us like Arse-Pool last round or Chelsea-Villa and Spurs-City this round. let them all play each other.

status quo is the whole point. anyone dares to challenge them will have to be limited. liverpool, arsenal, man united, spurs does not want any club from 7th to 20th to become a major dog. they already hate Chelsea and City is around and became what they became. they want top6 or top5 as they lobbied the hardest vs City on the ffp charges which does match with the Uefa model of 5 CL places available. they detest any fucking surprises like Newcastle finish 4th last season. that alone stopped Pool to be a CL club despite the horrible run they had overall. if we are just a couple points worse Klopp still makes CL despite their bad season. this is the point, have no one to challenge them. this is nothing against club going into administration, pure and simple self defence from the wealthy clubs. they control the media narrative too to suit this. just compare the media reaction to Saudis bidding for Newcastle and Qataris bidding for ManUnited. with M United it was kind of accepted at certain points of the bidding that is is the only way for Man United to return "where they belong" in the media. Jassim Sheikh even painted as an old school Man Yoo fan by managing some company called 1992 Generation or some other shit. he had posters of Steve Bruce on his wall and all that shit. Newcastle was selling its soul. Man Yoo was like this is needed because the Glazers are bleeding the club. (Wasnt Ashley same or worse than Glazers?) I could fucking puke from Arse, Pool, MU red cartel, add Spurs too with that snake Levy. can you imagine PL would try to block the Qatari bid same way for so long as they did with us if Glazers happen to agree a fee with them and not ratcliffe?
-
tell you what happening, Ashworth sabotage he will sell off 3-4 starters, bring no one, jumps ship to Man Yoo in 3 weeks and gets praised by his new bosses to weaken us in his last 2 weeks hope I am wrong.
-
you just know that the moment we sell Trippier, next game Livramento starts and booom "pulled some muscle and out for 6 weeks, hopefully he wont need surgery"
-
I dont believe we spent 17m on him with all these tight FFP limits. maybe its 17m total with bunch of future amounts activated if he ever becomes a regular player-scores X amount for first team, X mount if becomes capped for national team or something. I did this lots of times in Football Manager, I know what I am talking about.
-
their academy is top class, so I dont mind this but one for the future really cannot see him getting more than a few chances at first team next season. even less this season. any proper info of the fee? love this "undisclosed" one.

looking at our annual report we are light years away from clubs ahead of us. 250m yearly revenue with 85m amortization cost and 180m on wages thats all without the latest summer transfer expenditure-growth in salaries.. CL income will improve revenues and new shirt sponsor too and gate receipts will increase with 3 CL home games too but costs on new players probably take that away. I am sure that nice fee we got for ASM will be really handy which probably makes current outgoings bit more likely at least one (Wilson or Trippier or Almiron) assuming 5 year contract for Tonali, Barnes, Livramento thats around 26m per year amortization cost. no idea on their salaries but lets say 150k, 100k and 75k thats another 15m per year. more or less(+ Hall+ agent fees etc, lol wonder what agent fee Tonali's agent we paying for keeping a nice big secret from us of the betting case) worse PL finish will decrease few mill's from revenue. we do need to drive up lot more sponsors, Saudi ones and non Saudi ones too.
-
yep as per reports WHU paying his full salary and will have an option to buy but not mandatory. probably managed to cut down the previous loan fee of 7m as well quite a lot. City wanted him shipped out so kind of makes sense for both clubs, WHU wanted him more than we did probably. despite we have much bigger midfield issues imo (Tonali, Joelinton) have to say to Ward Prowse turned out to be a class signing for the Hammers. lots of goals and assists already.
-
would hate if the Saudi clubs would help a direct rival by offering 40-50m each for their two huge flops Antony and Sancho. that would be such a big help for them financially, FFP wise. let them stick around at Man United for years and have them pay their high salaries (Sancho alone is on 325K a week lol) while loaning them out paying part of their salary rather than having them off the wage list and huge transfer fees pocketed from Saudis. fucking hell Saudi league have to help us not Man United.
-
make no mistake if he leaves it will because he wants to play CL regularly every season not maybe once in next 3 seasons. we can wrap it into we needed to sell for FFP, but thats just cosmetics.. he certainly wont play CL next season if he stays. if Man U and Chelsea manages to improve a lot in this next period it will be brutal hard to catch up with them with the mega squads they are able to build and spend further huge sums each summer. they wont underperform so much for much longer imo. two problems with selling him. 1. he may go to a rival in PL. 2. the replacement would cost shit load of money without guarantee he will be anywhere as good or we just simply become a weaker team due to loss of him.
