  1. I don't bother with football podcasts at all these days. Mainly filled with smug bantz merchants with no value to add, and not putting my time to trying to discover if there are any good ones.
  2. Apart from one brilliant pass along the floor straight into Ramsey during the first half I didn't think he was much cop with his feet yesterday either, there were a few Pope-esque hoofs to nowhere and inviting needless pressure. And that's without the corner for holding the ball too long, albeit I thought that was a bit on the harsh side as he rolled it out right on the ref's last count
  3. We'd be better off playing with nine
  4. Willock aside, we're playing well here. Can tell it's something new/different but some really good stuff so far
  5. This ticket carry on is a complete shit show but the first or second line in the ticket email does say something to the effect of "Download this straight away"
  6. I'm not sure citing stadium moves linked with moving a club 60 miles up the road, a mackem crook, and the charlatans at West Ham is entirely relevant to our situation. So to take the Bilbao and Spurs examples, if we built on Leazes Park a few yards up the street, are you saying that wouldn't work just because it's in England and that it would be financially motivated? At the end of the day it comes down to the people inside (granted unless you have an absolute abomination of a stadium like West Ham's, but they decided to go into an athletics stadium and I believe they now don't want to buy it or the GLA won't sell it so they can convert it fully - but that's another debate). Some people have already decided a hypothetical new stadium is going to be shite, despite not knowing what it will look like, how many people it will hold, or anything apart from baseless speculation or videos they've watched on YouTube. Ultimately, if we end up with a new stadium and it's largely filled with people who have already decided it's shite and their sole purpose for going into it is to say "see, I told you it was going to be shite," then yeah, it will be shite.
  7. The stadium is the least of MK Dons issues/reasons for being soulless
  8. Yeah the site has been knackered for a couple of days, I've been sent 3 lots of Man City tickets, none of which work, luckily I already downloaded my Bournemouth one
  9. You'd hope so, although they were on the bones of their arse when they hammered us last season aswell

like that time Ian Holloway thought Brexit would mean we could get rid of VAR
  11. Jesus some week that! Good luck on taking home the pot

  13. How long have they had that bloody awful drum in the Emirates?
  14. Fully expect Arsenal to try and throw it away but not so confident in Man City subsequently doing enough to win it
  15. Not sure where it came from but there was a study a year or two ago that found we had the second highest average ST holder age in the PL, with only Chelsea having an older average ST holder age

    Nick Woltemade

This irritates me no end, no idea about other teams with big lads but Woltemade and Burn are just seen as fair game. The ref in the Benfica game even signalled he wasn't giving a foul because Woltemade was about six inches taller than the defender all over his back
  17. Funnily enough, I think there's an element of trying to play to this strength and his ability that has made our midfield struggle at times this season, as we seem (when we have Bruno, Joe, Tonali on the pitch in any case) to be trying to move towards a "3 players who can do all three roles" type of approach (or at least I hope it's part of a plan and we're trying to do it rather than being a disorganised mess!), but with only a third of the cogs capable of doing it

    Harvey Barnes

He wouldn't ever have to worry on the England front as unless Saka and about 6 other players are injured he's got as much chance of getting a game there as I have

He scored a pen against Bournemouth but no idea if it was a panenka. Funny he's all "Penzo Le Fee" when 12 months ago "we were all shitting ourselves" when they signed him though. Daft cunts

My red and white friends have just informed me that Le Fee scored a panenka in the reverse fixture, what a thick fucker trying it again on the same keeper a few months later
  21. Is this the digital version of the East Stand?
  22. Apparently the camp Bruuuuuuuunooooo is also player led/requested but I'm not sure if I read that on here and have been whoosh'd, someone was taking the piss out of me when they told me, or I've just imagined that in my own head
