https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Fo8frT6SD/ 8 years since he was a Sunderland player? Played one full season and they still laud him like this.

Dutch centre-back must be punished for having a shit goatee.
-
Shame we're probably not going to see O'Nien at this level.

Elliot Anderson (now playing for Nottingham Forest)

So many butterfly effects from this. Example Minteh knocking us out of the FA Cup and Gordon being sent-off in the same game had a direct impact on us winning the Carabao Cup Final and finishing top 5 with no further distractions. Anderson absolutely bottled it in both games against us last season too which contributed to a nice 6 points. -
Not watching but what on earth has Burn done to get a yellow in the 90th minute of a non-matchup like this?
-
People were trying to say Longstaff was better than Rice when he first came into the team after about 8 games. Rice is a brilliant midfielder.
-
I'd do Enrique for Burn and Bruno for Cabaye, the rest wouldn't be far off.

Agree with this. PSR restrictions we're probably 7th in terms of size and that'll likely be the case until PSR lifts. He's got us punching right in amongst them. Plus he's won a trophy.
-
He thrives on the negative which was brilliant when we needed it under Ashley, McClaren, Bruce, etc but even now things are 90% brilliant, he jumps on the 10%. Just doing his job I guess but I've started to loathe him for it.
-
Does he think if we'd bid in those 2-3 days, that Chelsea would have just let it by?
-
And up against an ex-NUFC academy reject. Disturbing.

Pleased Isak isn't judged on international performances as he only has 16 in 52 for Sweden. I reckon it'll be Christmas before we see the best of him which is fine now we have Wissa.
-
Outside looking in, I never understand why he gets a bad rap? They were a nothing club first decade of the PL era, he leaves them with one of the best stadiums in the world, a regular CL qualification contender, cup finals... Commercially also, we weren't a million miles off Spurs pre-Ashley, he has Spurs punching with the elite there, we're trying to make up for lost time.
-
He should try getting himself to someone like Palace or Everton before he hits 30.
-
I'm still clinging to the hope he unveils the new stadium plans before he officially leaves as his parting gift/legacy to us and this is why he's held on for so long before departing.
-
Could have sold Tino for £60m and signed Walker-Peters on a Free, would look so good on the balance sheet.
-
Think Wissa was always our number 1 pick for Wilson replacement
-
Are there many players who were going for that sort of price 3 years ago worth £125m today?
-
I'm guessing if we'd done that with Isak his figure would have been something between £90-110m.
-
Is that enough to impose himself though?

20 between them if they're sharing the number 9 position. 14 goals between Gordon & Barnes. 14 goals between Elanga & Murphy. 15 goals between the central midfielders. 5 goals between the centre-backs. That'd get 68 league goals which would equal last season but I reckon it's a realistic breakdown of where the goals should come. Asking a lot of the wingers but if they're supposed to be top 5 challenging players then it's realistic I think.
