wanna ask about player names in the shirts :)

Recommended Posts

Hi,

A little bit out of topic

Just wanna ask your opinion about choosing player names to be put in the shirts.

Say I have 3 shirts from 1995-1997 season (1 home and 2 away), all are short sleeves. What names (3 names) are really fit in your opinion to be put on which shirts (3 shirts) - the memory, resemblance etc :celb:

These are the 3 shirts:

Number 1, home 1995-1997

Number 2, away 1995-1996

Number 3, away 1996-1997

There are some great players in those seasons:

- Shearer (number 9)

- Ferdinand (number 9)

- Ferdinand (number 10)

- Beardsley (number 8)

- Ginola (number 14)

- Asprilla (number 11)

- Lee (number 7)

- Batty (number 4)

- etc

So, what's your choice (what name, on which shirt)?

Thanks  :clap2:

I'd go for:

Ferdinand

Ginola

Lee or Beardsley

I've got this season's shirt but instead of getting current players names put on I've been going for my favourite all time players, on this season's shirt I've got Asprilla 11.

I did consider having current players put on the shirt but then thought it would look stupid if they sold him weeks later, so I've gone for my all time favourites.

Oh. I though he was referring to that 2 girls 1 cup malarky.

:eatshit:

where can you get names put on the back of those shirts?  As my grandad collar one is a medium boys (I was about 9 at the time), I've inherited me dads Large mans one that I wear for matches.

I had Ferdinand 10 on mine, and its now used as a seat cover for the swivel chair next to my desk - but if I could send the large mans away somewhere, I'd definitely have Asprilla put on it....
