Guest Dev
2nd half has been absolutely awful. Plenty of positives to be taken out of the 1st though. Same as Old Trafford. Did you watch the two games at all? What were the positives from the first half at Old Trafford? Apart from the peverse joy to be gained at watching Rooney miss sitters. Yep, I was there. Were you? No. But if you can't take any more positives out of this than Old Trafford I worry. Just wonder when the Keegan blinkers are going to come off. No-one's claiming it was a world cup winning performance here. It's just plain as could be that in the first half we created more chances than we had in a month under Allardyce. Lehmann was actually forced to make saves. We played the ball out from the back instead of just hoofing it straight back to them. Our wingers actually got past their men and put crosses in. At times we strung together over ten passes in a row. That is an improvement. The end was rubbish, no doubt, but when you look at the subs bench for both sides that isn't so surprising. Guest Insomniark
My faith in the lads hasn't been dented by that, we are on the up... if we could have just sustained that first half performance. Time to get brutally pissed .... >

Yorkie
What did Taylor do? Asked Adebayor to score, basically. He was misjudging the passage of the ball all day long and did so for the first goal. The ball hit the post and came out, he misjudged where it was gonna end up and flailed a leg at it. It landed at Adebayor's feet and he scored.
Wullie
Taylor's a liability more often than not I'm afraid. The odd exuberant celebration and decent performance changes nowt.
MiamiMag
2nd game in charge and the grumbling gets worse. Some people need to get a f****n grip. In KK I trust.
GeordieDazzler
His second goal was class, no other words for it. Foul, obstuction, NFL are a few that I can think of.
Guest sicko2ndbest
Watched all the game Summary Slightly edged Arsenal in the first half, Owen should have scored Absolutley void of cutting edge in the 2nd half, once we go one down we are unable to sustain any pressure at all due to our lack of pace. Comfortable win for Arsenal +++++++s Duff Zog Jose Cacapa -------------s Butt Carr Smith Owen In what way does Carr belong down there? He gives stupid fouls away to stop the attacker making a monkey out of him He cannot pass He cannot cross He cannot tackle Not the worst game Carr has ever played but thats not really a compliment

On the other hand, Caçapa had a very good game imo. Infact, him and Carr were the only two players to have equally as good first halves as second halves, imo. The Bonk
What did Taylor do? His usual postering, pissing about defending. Should have done better clearing the goal line on their second. The clumsy oaf.

Guest Dev
I don't believe people rating Carr below our other defenders. He saved all the others at least once and did his work efficiently. Was probably our best on park across the whole 90.

Guest Johan
Taylor did not look so good. Arsenals passing, touch and movement are years ahead of us. On a positive note we did try in the first half and with some additions this is a top 6 - 8 team.
Mr Logic
Have to get rid of Duff, he has become a very negative player on the whole. Lack of movement from most of the team after first 30 minutes. Lack of inspiration from the bench, last 30 minutes the cameras all too often showed McDermott, Keegan and Pearson sat there like defeated men with no ideas. Same result mid-week. Someone said Keegan had a lot of work to do, ....and then some.
Yorkie
Carr had a very good game, no two ways about it really. Strong in the tackle, trundled well up and down the touchline and halted... well, 'postponed'... several of their attacks down the left.
toonarmy
honestly, where was zog the entire second half. i don't remember him even touching the ball once. i love the zog, but we could have used some individual brilliance from him.
Wullie
NEWSFLASH: Arsenal are one of the best teams in the country, nay in Europe. They've not lost at home yet this season, they've scored 26 and conceded 8. We also happen to be missing some of our crucial players. It's a shame for Keegan to have this lot twice in four days so early on because some knackers are going to start doing the Chicken Licken thing very soon. Guest toonlass
This game shows that Keegan has a lot of rebuilding work to do to get us back where we all want us to be.
