Martin Lol
I have been watching some of the championship games recently. I saw Palace vs Stoke. I thought Palaces winger Victor Moses looked different class. I think he is only 17 but looks very good already. Might be worth a punt even if we buy him and loan him back to give him games. Chelsea and Barca amongst others tried previously to sign him, apparently he wants to continue his development at Palace. When he does move on, I think it will be to a CL team with a fee to match. Martin Lol
EDIT: Still not admitting that your Emre/Parker argument doesn't stand up then? No, I just thought your reasoning about that bit was s***. So I decided to ignore it. So you honestly think this is exactly like when we signed Emre and Parker? You're a nonce mate, and I can't be bothered debating with you anymore. Face it, Shearergol. You thought Tiago wouldn't come here because hes already rejected spurs and, in your opinion, you think Spurs are a more attractive club than Newcastle. So why would he want to sign for us? (Even though there isn't much between the 2 clubs) Wellthats a load of bollocks, mate. EDIT: Still not admitting that your Emre/Parker argument doesn't stand up then? It's been widely reported in the media that Tiago still wants to play CL football and not take a paycut (reputed to be on c £90k pw, a hangover from his Chelsea days). Spurs fall down on both counts. Vindicated tbh I'm a realist! Also being reported on a few sites that Lennon may be on his way to SJP for a knockdown £4m. Lennon may make the move but I can't see Levy selling anyone on the cheap tbh.

Keefaz
I'd take Crouchinho. Would be a good player for us, I think.
STM
The only way i can see Lennon at that price is if N'Zogbia is going the other way. Unless of course Ramos doesn't really rate him.
colinmk
Santa Cruz would be a much better signing than Crouch. 39 games, 19 goals and 6 assists this season. He cost them 4 million or so? I reckon we could get him for 10-12m.

Yorkie
Crouch at £6m would be good business. Lennon at £4m would be excellent business. I'd like to see us take a punt on Lennon tbh, even for the first rumoured prices of £8/9m. £4m would be an absolute steal in today's market. That's still a good £2m or so than the likes of Jones, Chopra, Richardson, Smith, Parker, Dyer, etc. Infact, thinking about it more, it must be bullshit. He's still in the ruddy international set-up. Menace
Crouch would be a LOT more than £6M, Liverpool bought him for £7M when he wasn't that known. I'd like to see Lennon here tbh, sell Milner and buy Lennon.
thomas
We really need some size in the squad but Crouch is not the answer

Not sure, he would probably be impressed by the size of the stadium and the fact we have players like Owen and if we signed a Deco or similar that would probably sway players from Blackburn sized clubs. Guest Guinness
We'd be wise to take a look at Zaragoza's squad, they're in the relegation zone and have some names. Ayala(albeit 34 years old, once of the best defenders of the past 10 years, a class act, but for all i know he might have lost it this season), Aimar, Milito, Zapater. Obviously some or all of these players aren't doing the job, but they would be worth a look. It's amazing that a a squad like Zaragoza's in in danger of being relegated. Was thinking this the other day. Either Aimar or D'alessendro would fit the bill in terms of creativity. I remember D'alessendro being class for Pompey during his brief time there. Aye i think Blackburn will be one of the most least attractive stadia to play in. They barely sell their tickets and often are just as many away fans as home. How many did we take down there? 6000 was it. I think persuading blackburn to sell would be harder than persuading him to come. I always thought he had a questionable fitness but 39 games is amazing. Would be a canny signing.
STM
D'Allesandro is probably the best suggestion so far for an attacking player. Wouldn't cost bucket loads Premiership experianced Nice age Zaragoza are in trouble (i believe)
