Yes, gutted for him tbh. Two ACL's and a dislocated knee which needed a complete knee rebuild all before his 18th birthday, Dr Steadman says his knee simply won't be up to playing at a high level so Spurs have paid up his contract though he can still use the training facilities to get himself as fully fit as he can. He didn't play for the Irish senior team though he was named in 3 squads as a 16 year old and made the bench for two of them. I don't think I said he was as good as Rooney at the same age, not far behind though tbh, same build, same temperament and same position. There were a lot of comparisons to be made.
