David May

"Despite not being noted for it during his playing career, David May has lent his name to a hairstyle, "The David May." It is not clear where this originated, but a group has been set up on the popular social networking website, Facebook, called "Next time I'm getting my haircut, I'm getting a David May."[4] Such is the international popularity of this hairstyle, a large proportion of members in this group are from Norway, where May appears to be something of a cult hero."  :laugh2:

Doorman, eh?

Probably still letting in on his blindside.

"He never played senior football again (a true blessing). Many consider the release of Fat Mike by Newcastle United to be one of the defining moments in the history of the premier league as his participation in a premier league team lowered the standard of the league."

he came on as a sub iirc. was in the Spar in Winlaton with my friend and whoever was working there had the radio on. when it was announced he was coming on the whole shop let out a collective groan, then a minute later he saved the pen and everyone went mental. good times.

What about Redondo? were is he now. The guy who refused to cut his hair, and refused to take the wages from milan because he was injured. Legend

Actually is a legend, amazing player back in the day, yet Milan bought him knowing he had a serious injurey.
