James
The only worry for me is the first month or so we might get knocked right off our feet if we let morale go, and end up dropping points in our second and fourth matches which are games we should win. Can't really see anywhere with a large group of consecutive unwinnable games. First month is always the best time to play Manchester United. They'll all be a bit rusty, trying to bed in their new stars, and sufferring from post-Euro2008 fatigue.

James
Fucking same game again on Boxing Day. It is up to Newcastle United to make a huge public stand over this and pile accusations on the Premier League fixture compilers like Chelsea and Manchester United do. Otherwise we are just going to get the same again and again.

Dave
On a lighter note I quite fancy our start to the season at home. We might do what Man City did this season.

Disco
Interesting as always. Shame there are no new years games. Just hope we put up more a show against the team we play on the opening day than we did last season as it won't be pleasant to see us propping up the league even if it is only after 1 game. Good too get the two of the hardest games out of the way though when teams may still be trying to get into their stride/suffering from tired players from the Euro's. North London Reds will hopefully get a difficult draw in CL qualifier which will be around then sometime n all.
Taylor Swift
Just wondering, if guests are not allowed to view the site, how would the Premierleague view it? Would they actually sign up to a forum to see whether they're abiding by certain rules when there's a million other forums out there?
