clintdempsey
Carroll's glass accidentally slipped out of his hand and caused a cut to Mr Cook's eyebrow, the court heard.
Hanshithispantz
Just had a look on RTG and there pathetic like "Cant believe it like" "Judge been paid off" "Discusted" "Piss take!" It's very rare anyone would see jail for assault whilst on a night out unless it is completely overboard (Barton was unlucky he was caught on camera), a fine and a criminal record is usualy the worst they would also get, it just so happens that neither realy affect Carroll in any way. midds
That's a result for Carroll. Five grand out of his next month's pay and that's it, done. Case closed. Can the bloke he glassed bring a private prosecution?

Can the bloke he glassed bring a private prosecution? I think the guy he glassed will have got a few more £ from AC than the two grand in official compensation. The lad will get decent compo out of court as well to make any private prosecution go away most likely.
