Guest Stephen927
Just hope we get the bodies in to replace him. Sounds like two loan deals are impending, but with one being a central midfielder and the other a winger, it's like for like, so we still have the same problem of no real depth in midfield. Ah well, see what Joe has got up his sleeve I guess.

James
Since he's been here though, we have in general played better when he's been in the side.

Guest Stephen927
Would have liked to have seen him stay at least until the summer, he's a half decent RB and that could be his position now given his age.
Coco
Now who's going to cross for Owen?
James
We will miss his corners like. I assume that with Gezza gone, someone even worse will have to take them.
S.S.R.
Brilliant deal. Can't believe someone actually paid us money to take a big chunk off our wage bill. They mustn't have watched the West Ham game. He walked through the hour he was on, and didn't take a single decent set-piece.
James
Would have liked to have seen him stay at least until the summer, he's a half decent RB and that could be his position now given his age. He was terrible at right back. He's the third best CM at the club though, and is the best right winger.

dcmk
How did we get a transfer fee for him?? His contract was up at the end of the year. i reckon we would had let him leave for nothing this month anyway as he costs us alot on wages. 1.5 million that must be wrong surely? wyn davies
well so far that's poss one body in and out so in theory bring 3 more loans in and we'll offload 3 reducing wage bill further with a bit of cash for uncle mike.

Syrette
Rather have him here than Smith or Butt. But no, we're even planning on extending the latter's contract.

Played well enough there for Chelsea the season before he joined us, just reckon he wasn't given a real go to settle in there. But aye, just hope we replace him and then bring in another body on top of that (oo-err)
