Really hope Keegan loses this court battle.  We can't really afford to be paying him out right now to be honest.

true about not being  able to afford it. but he should get what he's due right or wrong.

I wouldn't worry too much about affording it, it will be factored into the sale price for the club if it is more than expected - effectively it comes out of Ashley's pocket in the long run.

Robson had lost the discipline of the squad, hence the introduction of the cunt Souness. Dyer etc had almost got SBR the sack with their shite attitude. SBR really neded to sell Dyer the day he refused to play and the fact he didn't did as much to undermine his position as anything.

But what has that to do with any criticism levelled at Keegan?

Agree to some extent - although that makes it sound as though there was some logical thought process behind the appointment of Souness. My understanding is that he was only given the job after Bruce and maybe Allardyce (anyone else?) had turned it down.

Nothing to do with FFS making it public that he wasn't going to renew Robson's contract at the end of that season then.

He should, though it shouldn't be anything near the silly numbers he's suing for.  He can't expect the entire contract even if there was a good reason considering he did walk out and there's no way the three years he had left were worth £10m anyway.  Hopefully he walks away with £3m and the ability to tell whoever he wants what happened, I'd be happy with that.
