Dave
In fact it's funny how you slag Keegan for leaving the fans in the lurch and now you slag Keegan for caring what the fans think. Does he care or doesn't he? It was all about the money, right?

Does he care or doesn't he? It was all about the money, right? Well I think he cares what the fans think, but only in the sense that he craves approval and hero-worship. I don't think he cares in the sense of putting the fans' needs before his own. Throughout this whole fiasco, he's acted in a very self-centred way IMO. Guest fraser
Personally I think that the current set up is one that Keegan could work with. The hangers-on have gone and if Ashley wants to have the final say on who comes in or who goes (financially) then as long as the parameters are more accurately drawn-up, we know from Keegan at Fulham and particularly Manchester City that he can work with that. The time for rapprochement has arrived. Then we'll beat Scunthorpe United.
Guest Chris P
Its all academic. KK will not be comming back ever!!!! and we've just turned into a yoyo team. Mind West Ham are struggling again

Doomed from the start, in fact.

Doomed from the start, in fact. you know i ain't so sure on that, I think the main contention was the relationship between kk and llambias and obviously wise not so much between kk and ashley, the reason it will never happen is because keegan would want a budget ashley is unwilling/unable to meet

Mick
In fact it's funny how you slag Keegan for leaving the fans in the lurch and now you slag Keegan for caring what the fans think. Does he care or doesn't he? It was all about the money, right? He does care what the fans think and he cares enough to take a lower pay-off to make sure that the truth came out. What a bastard he is...

No what i am saying is KK has always loved the fans and he knows how to work the media and i was just hoping he could come forward and express his feelings to us instead of a spokesperson ,the Chronicle has always loved him why not them and thats all i was hoping for just a bit of a message to us . Mr. Snrub
i'm just throwing my hands up and admitting i was wrong to ever think keegan was ever any part to blame for the mess we're in. if anything it's the opposite, he couldn't work under ashley's conditions knowing what was happening to this football club.
